I'm a huge customer of Rainbow, your stores in New York for 40 years and since I relocated, your stores in Connecticut for 9 as well. I also shop regularly on your website. On December 8th, 2023 I placed a very large order on your website. I only received part of the order and the rest was lost. Upon speaking to FedEx & USPS, I was told that even though a label was created for this box, it doesn't seem that it left your facility, or it was placed & left on a pallet somewhere. Long story short, can you help me find my the part of my order that was lost? My order contained alot of sets that were going to be given as Christmas gifts. That never happened, because I only received half of the matching pieces while others were lost. I was given a refund which is no help because the items I ordered are sold out now. Is there any way you can track this box down and find it for me. I'll pay for the items. I just REALLY want them!!! I also had called your customer service about this and was told I'll never get the items and that they're lost, after being put on hold for 20 minutes by a rude young lady. I'm sure if anyone who would know where this box is, you guys would. Like I said, Fedex and USPS say you guys still have it. And, I would also like to add, just like another person who left a review on here had her order sent to her post office box and never received her order, is also the same situation as myself.. My order was also sent to my post office box. Please, can you track down and find my order? If needed, I still have all of the tracking information. I hope to hear a response back. Thank you. Read moreCouldn't give 0 stars so I had to put 1. Customer service is all the way rude and just disrespectful. I spent $138 on this web site, package was sent to my po box. I got 2 expected delivery dates. First they sent the package all the way back to where it shipped from. Then they tell me the 2nd date. Ok, all the while I'm calling and going to the post office, package never got there. By 2nd delivery date I was told by customer service to wait until the next day. After it was already 2 and half weeks. Then the package still didn't come the next day and I was refused a refund. I had to call my bank and file a claim to be refunded. I must have called them and FedEx more than 10 times just to get no results and at this point I won't when go in a rainbow store. When I asked to speak with a supervisor she said someone will call u back. Still haven't gotten that call .. This company needs to train the people they have dealing with their customers on what customer service really means and how to talk to people. I noticed when you return items (through mail, not in-store... I live hours from the nearest store so I didn't have that option), they charge you $7.99, so in my email to customer service I asked what they do for customers who receive defective items (because paying for shipping back defective items doesn't make much sense), they didn't respond to that and just said to send them back (like a normal order, if you ordered the wrong size or didn't like the product and have to pay shipping).
Super disappointing. After my first order from them coming way after the email and website said it would come and then this, I am done with Rainbow. Still surprised and confused how defective items get shipped out and goes...
