Target — Local services in Philadelphia

So this Target is a big one but their bathroom is pretty dirty and smelly. Worse than the train train station bathroom. This location always had some shady impression. You will see a police car parking there. I just shopped there yesterday. And I grabbed a discounted item. I did not notice when I paid because the cashier did not help me bag or say anything to me even though I said "Hello". When I noticed the item was charged by the full price, I didnt want to go back to the first cashier since she was not friendly and it was a long line. So I talked to a second Target staff. She told me to take a picture to prove the price was " on sale". At that moment, I had a cart of paid items and I was shopping alone, I didnt want to bother so I wanted to go to the customer service to return that item. And I waited in that corner for at least 3 minutes, and finally a staff came. I explained the situation to him and he wanted me to have some pictures to prove the item was truly on sale. I was a little bit angry so I ran to the other side of Target to take pictures. When I ran back to show him, he questioned me about the name of item is not the same as the picture. I do not want to assume his implication. Thankfully I took 4 or 5 pictures and clearly Target staff put the items at that shelf. So, It took me maybe 10 minutes to prove to Target staff that I have great memories about number and not want to be tricked. I have been shopping in Target for 10 years. Rude management. Speak negatively toward and about customers. My most recent encounter was with a worker named Meenah. She allowed us into the store but instead of letting us know that she wouldn't be able to help us today had us standing around in the electronics section until lights were turned off and customers were then notified that the store was closed. When we returned to the front of the store she had a laissez faire attitude about the fact that we were not assisted. Furthermore, she now stated she could have helped us on her own but at this point it was too late. This is frustrating because we clearly explained what our purpose for entering the store was when she greeted us at the door. My critique is that she could have turned us away at the door or even when we spoke to an associate prior to arriving to the store so that we would return the next day. Instead she was rude, dismissive and used lewd language when referring to us as consumers. An older African American associate at the register was quite pleasant to us and agreed that we should have been notified prior to entering the store. He apologized for our experience but seemed unable to assist us with Meenah as management. As a customer I understand closing hours but it is the notion that we were going to be assisted and instead were dismissed and unvalued that brings me to such frustration and dismay. I have never had such a negative experience with such a pleasant company and I hope that people like this are not allowed to continue to representing a company I've come to...

My name is Daniel Notice, I went to target on May 28th 2019 at 2:30 pm . I purchased 5 gift cards with cash , $ 800 dollars each.. I didn’t attempt to check the balance on one of my cards until the following day of May 29th.. The card said there was no balance, I immediately CALLED THE TARGET STORE AND SPOKE TO JANICE (MANAGER ON DUTY) ! She told me to come in and so i did, she did her part calling customer service to try and figured out what was going on.. she handed me the phone and I spoke to some lady gathering information for investigation and that said she see. MY money In A TARGET ACCOUNT!! I NEVER MADE OR EVER HAD A TARGET ACCOUNT!!! The lady told me they will be in touch 3-5 business days ! I KEPT CALLING TO CHECK ON THE STATUS AND NOTHING... TODAY JUNE 5th I received a call from TARGET STATING THAT THE MONEY WAS TOO MUCH AND THEY WILL NOT BE REFUNDING ME MY OWN MONEY OR NEW CARDS EVEN THO I DONT FEEL SAFE WITH THE CARDS ANYMORE! I CALLED THE STORE LETTING THEM KNOW I NEED MY MONEY OR A LAWYER WILL BE IN TOUCH, they REFUSED ALSO!! THIS SITUATION IS VERY SHADY AND I BELIEVE TARGET IN BALA CYNWYD STOLE MY MONEY AND THIS SITUATION WILL BE RECTIFY ONE WAY OR ANOTHER!! 4000 FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS STOLEN FROM ME , TARGET ARE CROOKS AND CRIMINALS AND I WILL BE PURSUING UNTIL I GET MY MONEY BACK!!!
