STAY AWAY: An Administrative Day Gerber Daisy arrangement was ordered for me. This place is a FAIL big time. Order was to be upgraded in size, extra was paid to deliver by noon, and specifically deliver to back door was noted. They called my boss at 5pm to confirm address. They showed up at 11:10 pm. Their driver came to the front door, banged so violently on my glass door it scared me to death. NOT knowing this was coming, i immediately thought a deranged person was trying to beat my door down. I called the police. 4 police cars, spot lights lit up my house. Only to open the door and find a flower bouquet on my step. DOES NOT FOLLOW DIRECTIONS, DELIVERS AT UNREASONABLE HOURS, CHARGES EXTRA AND GIVES YOU LESS. THE BOUQUET WAS TO HAVE 24 MULTI COLORED GERBER DAISIES w/ROSES, I GOT 7 RED GERBER DAISIES AND PETITE DAISY FIELD FLOWERS. NOW THEY WONT ANSWER...

Delivery never made, called several times always forwarded to voicemail. Very disappointed to say the least. This was supposed to be delivered yesterday. It was a birthday gify, she blew it off She calls this morning saying just delivered because she had some kind if emergency yesterday. Day late dollar short.
