If I could give this review 0 stars I would! My sister called in a 10 piece buffalo last night received the order to find 10 fried regular wing dings! My sister called to address the issue and instead of the counter girl listening she decides to talk over my sister as she tried explaining what the issue was, so before things really gotten out of hand I made my sister hang up the phone. My oldest sister then called back to see if things would go smooth with her, to think that she was going to get redelivered the right wings time passing and still no wings. For the 3rd time my oldest called to see what was going on because time ticking away and it’s close to time for this place to close, the counter girl picks up and my sister asked did the wings go out for delivery yet and the girl says “ If you didn’t received your wings yet then there’s nothing that I can do “. Now it’s a lot of argument going on voices are being raised because we thinking when we called the 2nd time that we were getting the wings redelivered. It was just disappointing and ridiculous! They refuse to give you a refund and they don’t bother to come up with a solution! I highly WOULD’NT recommend anyone to order from this place! It’s too unprofessional and the counter girls are just as bad! The business isn’t ran properly you can’t even speak to a manager because everybody plays like they are one! You can barely get in contact with the owner the place is just a disgrace! Never would order from this...
Read moreI used to order from here and the food is mostly good except for the horrible garlic bread and I like garlic bread ...good garlic bread, The delivery is timely and the drivers courteous with exception to one who I found way beyond rude. The owner or manager is thoughtful and will listen to complaints without making you feel as though you are the problem. I have ordered from here for many years (10) on a regular basis until this last year when I had a very bad encounter with an obnoxious driver (who still works there as far as I know, I was told they didn't have plans to let him go even though his behavior towards me was far less than desirable) I now order from there less often and usually as a last resort. When I did have another smaller issue they quickly resent the order, however when I was treated poorly I got nothing but a weak apology, had they at least given me a credit or gift certificate for my trouble (less than $20) I wouldn't have considered warning others. In short should you order from here? sure, the food is mostly quite alright just don't pay for extra garlic bread and be forewarned about their lame customer service should you have problems beyond a wrong item...
Read moreI've been a quality pizza customer for 6 yrs now and my family and I loved the food and the prices were astronomical. Surely I understand that food prices goes up , however the food should remain the same if I'm going to spend more money. It wasn't told to me that they were under new management until I had to get it out of the person taking my order. I can't believe the huge price difference and the fact that they charge you 4 % to use your credit card for bill. The young lady taking my order kept saying they have a new system now instead of saying it's under new management. I asked was the food going to be the same and she said they are the same cooks. Clearly they are not because it was not made with love like Quality used to. They brought a cheesesteak with green peppers on it that was not ordered and clearly not on the receipt. Also upon looking at my receipt I noticed the name said Teddys from frankford Ave As much as I loved Quality I think my family and I will be eating somewhere else...
