Update 4/15/25 - I tried to place an order 2 weeks in a row for a custom birthday cake. The first week I called the bakery for 2 days and didn’t get an answer. I finally sent a message on Instagram asking if they had any availability Saturday. The cake i wanted to order was online but came with additional cupcakes I didn’t want to order. I was told they’d see and let me know. Saturday came and went. I reached out again to place the order thinking things happen but this is my favorite bakery and I really want to buy a cake! Set the date to pick my cake up for Wednesday. Found out afterward that Id have Wednesday off of work so I thought OMG its all working out, now i don't have to find someone to pick my cake up. I waited for the invoice I was told would be sent. It never came. I called the bakery the day I was set to pick my order up, no answer. A little before 5pm i got a DM on instagram that day asking if i was still set for Thursday….thursday????? They didnt realize they hadnt sent the invoice. By this point I was over it. I explained my frustration and I will say the team tried to make it better by offering the cake Thursday, free of charge, if i could pick it up. However, my work hours aren't flexible nor could i find someone to pick it up on such short notice since I planned for Wednesday and it was Wednesday evening. I legit did not want a free cake, I wanted my order the day i was told it’d be ready and I wanted that without a list of excuses about why it wouldnt happen and an alternative that would inconvenience me more. I share this to say, if you’re ordering from the pre-selected online options you are guaranteed a great experience, however, I wouldn't trust a custom order for a special occasion and unfortunately won’t be ordering anything else. I had 2 great experiences and 2 poor ones, thats enough for me.

For Valentine’s Day 2025 I got the Chocolate Covered Strawberries (Milk Chocolate) & the Dozen Red Rose Bouquet with black wrapping paper (the roses are LONG STEMMED, absolutely stunning*). The strawberries were sweet and the milk chocolate complimented them well. The roses continued to bloom once I put them in a vase and they get prettier by the day.

For my birthday April 2024 I got the Dozen Pink Deluxe Rose Bouquet & the Assorted Cupcakes. The shades of pink and assortment of florals made for a bouquet that is the most beautiful I’ve ever received. The atmosphere in this place and the decor is absolutely beautiful. So when you walk in, you're expecting that the food is something to be desired but that was not the case. The below pictures show a tres leches cake with strawberries on the top. The cake had no flavor at all and was not sweet. Usually with a tres leches cake you taste cinnamon and nutmeg. It's sweet because of the three milks that were used. The milk in this cake was very runny. It was not sweet I have no clue what it was. The base of the cake was not sweet either and the strawberries were frozen. I also ordered a banana pudding which is not shown in this picture. I definitely do-not recommend this place. First-time customer here and was extremely disappointed. The place was completely empty inside. They had only two different flavor cakes for my choosing and not whole cakes, just small slices. $7.00 per slice which equates to about $56.00 for a regular size cake, which was insane. I decided to try the strawberry-short cake out of curiosity since I was already there. The cake was not very good. It tasted like cheap imitation ingredients. I think this place is simply designed for parties and events where people don't really care about price, so they charge exorbitant fees.
