I recently needed to buy some new fancy clothes (RTO - return to office company policy), and this was a good opportunity to visit my local Banana Republic Factory Store in Gloucester Premium Outlets. From the moment I walked in, Alex's knowledge and friendly approach made my shopping experience exceptional.

I spend a lot of money on clothes from Banana Republic Factory, both in this location and online. I typically wear 30x30 pants/jeans and I bought a skinny chino in size 31x30 thinking I’m sizing up to be safe. After taking the chinos home and washing them (on gentle cycle) and drying (on gentle), I could barely button them. I ended up reordering 3 pairs of the exact same chinos is size 32x30s and they fit well after doing the same wash cycle. The pants obviously run small and shrink way more than they should after a wash. The store manager said because they are washed, there’s nothing she can do for me. So I essentially just threw $100 out the window. I left the pants on top of a trash can outside of the store because I have no use for them now.
