I bought this purse for my daughter for Christmas in nov I didnāt unwrap the plastic so it stayed new put inside a Christmas bag under tree . My daughter just opened it yesterday took off the plastic and coverings to find out the brand new purse has stains on the side and also stains on the inside of the handles on that side as well. She is so upset and I am. So we go back to the outlet today spoke with manager she kept saying it looks like jeans rubbed on it and stained it. Well for one my daughter donāt wear jeans at all donāt even own a pair and she just unwrapped the MK wrapping today. I was basically told there is no proof of what I am saying. That not sit with me because I donāt lie and she could have handled it better. I just wanted to exchange it was told it is damaged I have to deal with damage customer service 800 number. Never in all my years customer deals with damaged items we bought it this way without knowing because who unwrapped there bags at the register? They take the one from display to give u a new bag. Well apparently MK failed at their job inspection this bag it was either a return or a preowned bag sold to me as new. And now as a customer Iām stuck with this damaged bag to deal with customer service myself. When I ask again the co is responsible to make sure customer is happy her reply to me was if it was her she just buy another one!! No that isnāt the answer this is a bag sold as new to me and now itās my problem . the manager was totally unhelpful as rude to make a comment like that. She should of taken it in to get repaired to make good on Mk fault. I am calling corporate first thing tomorrow morning. Iāve never been treated so poorly in my lifeā . so unwrap your bags at the register so they see it will take a long time to check out because Iām sure this isnāt the first time this happened to a customer buyer be careful. Itās veterans day around 0600pm so definitely most of the people including me and my friend checked out the clearance and sale area first. So happy that thereās many selections to choose from. However, none of the staff is stationed at the back to help out customers. With the big sale going on, would it be more appropriate that there is at least one person staying at the back? Most of the staff (3-4) stayed in front where I have to constantly excuse myself from them to get me the correct size for the pair of shoes that I wanted. Most of the customers are at the back checking out stuff because of the sale, but again no staff stayed there. As I went to the cash register ~ there were people ahead of me but thereās no one in the cash register. I asked them if they waited long and they said yes. We were purchasing a single small bag that was $59 and a store associate came up to inform us of the sale and state the only things excluded are perfumes and things on clearance. So we picked up another bag which was $139. So the total was $198 before tax we go up to the register happy with our purchase and they inform us the sale is before tax which is bullcrap since everything in the store is marked down to the $9 so you have to make a large purchase to get the sale. So we say ok we will grab a small dust bag for $5 to put us over, they then inform us thatās not part of the sale. And the lowest priced thing in the store thatās included in the sale is $29.
