Newest update.. Last updates where 2 and 3 stars.. is now a 1. It has gotten worse.. Last reviews were because people were rude When I went to go and get my medication.

I definitely need to change my pharmacy. I don't have a lot of choices in this area. All I know is I can't even go in there and get medication without people laughing and joking and ridiculed.. not being professional.. not taking anything serious... absolutely utterly inappropriate.

Trying to give the place a 3rd! Chance..

Again this was at the drive through. It was a lady, today is February the 26th. The lady in the window was working at 12:15ish when we pulled. I was nice to her. Right off the bat.. she had an attitude. I don't know why. Was confused. She was refusing to help us at first after we waited in a 30 minute long line.. SICK. May I remind you... after I just got out the docters for 3 hours. Just came to drop some prescriptions off. She had an attitude. Again I don't know why.. I was nice. My husband was nice. We then tried to ask her a question.. she threw her hands I the air and popped an attitude again. Me and my husband drove away upset and not helped.

We came back later.. this is now around 6pm... to be helped.. had 5 prescriptions.. only got 3 and one of the 3.. had pills missing. Thank you for being rude.. not helping me.. When I am badly sick. I did nothing but come to your store to buy something and this is how I was treated. This is not the 1st time.. this is the 3rd occasion that someone has been rude to me. This is the 1st time I didn't get my medication filled correctly. I don't know what else to do. This is the only place that can fill my things.. imagine.. just put yourself into my shoes.. I am badly sick.. just came back from the docter.. after hours.. waiting in a long line patiently just to have someone be ugly to me? For no reason? While I am sick? And then still.. not get what I needed? Yeah.. please please please. Take my review in.. and do something about...

NOT HELPFUL to a sick person, at drive thru, that can't go inside. (Aked the Long haired Blonde at drive thru for help.) Mind you There were NO customers behind me, yet she can't call someone to find out where the instant ice packs are. Left Drive Thru. I called the store for a manager, got Marlene, she said there would be an ice pack at Drive Thru if I come back, I gave her my name. She LIED!!!!! Came back to drive thru, 20 min later, no one had a clue. Jeanne, Personal number four, finally showed up with ice packs. But she had an attitude when I told her how the girl with the long blonde hair did me. She said "well we have to keep the line moving." Again, I informed her that there Was NO LINE behind me when I asked for the ice packs the first time! No one wants to help someone in severe migraine pain, pleading for relief... What would it have hurt for any of them to have had a smile on their face and been Nice, and maybe had an ounce of customer service about them and made an effort to call some to ask where the instant ice packs were??? No one cares about their customers anymore, especially NOT this company & pharmacy!! Would give a ZERO star...

Wait times are long and the pharmacists are rude. I haven't had any issues with any of the other employees personally, just the ones in pharmacy. First of all, they kept talking back and forth to each other while I was trying to give them my insurance information, which I had to keep repeating because they weren't listening. After about ten minutes of that back-and-forth, they had me wait nearly an hour to get the medicine, and it wasn't even all there. When I asked where the rest was, they just told me to come back tomorrow for it. I did, they still didn't have it ready.

I thought Walmart's pharmacy was bad. This place is abysmal. This is peoples' medicine, their money and their HEALTH. This is a pharmacy, not playtime in kindergarten. Stop messing around and...
