While it is unlikely that Taco Bell's marketing team or higher-ups will ever see or care about this review, I am mainly leaving a negative one based on whomever has control of the overall menu options offered (I will get into more detail concerning this soon).
Concerning my specific rating for this Taco bell, I give it about a 3 concerning service, because while the staff has always been nice during my visits...I have been several times and I cannot remember a time, where I left the Drive-Thru with my food; for whatever reason, they always need you to pull around to wait for your order to be complete and bring it out to you. Because they're always courteous, I would be willing to visit again with the hopes that the service will get better, but considering Taco Bell's recent menu changes, I don't see myself ever going back unless things change—which brings me back to Taco Bell's marketing team and/or decision makers...
For the most part, Taco Bell has had a very limited menu over the years with pretty much the same meats and vegetables (with the same tastes), but just in different types of wraps/tortillas; however, with the addition of their Protein Bowls that drastically changed the menu for the better; it allowed people who wanted something with a fresh and unique taste, people who are vegetarians, may have particular taste buds, prefer healthier choices, etc. to not feel like they're getting the same general food choices.
As someone who will REGULARLY purchased the Chicken Power Bowls and Steak Power Bowls for my family (there's 5+ of us, so you do math there T.B.)...I was appalled that the "Bowls" menu in the app only has ONE item now: the new and very bland, Cantina Bowl.
It's been almost a month since my last visit...I usually go to Taco Bell more often, but since experiencing that nasty, dry ingredient, and unwanted new ingredient (avocado verde sauce, red onions, etc. 🤢) Cantina Bowl...I haven't been back since and dont ever plan on it—unless the original Chicken and Steak Power Bowls come back; the Chicken Power Bowl in particular was one of the few healthier, less greasier choices my mother liked and could eat, so it's really disappointing that T.B. made such a pointless and limiting decision. I could deal with slower service, If the food is something I and my family of 5+ actually enjoy.
Our money will not be coming back for a visit, unless there are actual bowlS (meaning more than just ONE) under the "Bowls" menu...

Men’s restroom closed. Women’s was filthy.
No one at the counter. Menu screens not even on. So I ordered on the kiosk. Ordered to-go.
I ordered a chicken quesadilla combo, with a soft shell taco, a spicy potato soft taco, a beefy melt burrito, and a cheesy bean and rice burrito.
After 25 minutes.. my order is finally ready.
I’m handed a sack, and a medium cup. (Combo meals come with a large drink, but I’ve waited so damn long, I wasn’t gonna complain).
Girl who handed me my food and cup was rude and would never make eye contact and as soon as I grabbed the cup and sack, she very quickly walked back into the kitchen, didn’t say thank you or enjoy your meal or anything. It’s like me being there was a nuisance to her.
Whatever, so I go to the fountain to get a drink and the Baja blast is out. Dr Pepper is out. So I got mtn dew regular, and I leave and get home and start to eat..
The soft taco I ordered with my quesadilla combo, is a hard shell.
The spicy potato soft taco, is simply a beef soft taco supreme… I didn’t order that
And the 2 burritos.. well.. they were right.. but very very sloppily made. Looked like they had been made, rolled, then thrown at the wall. Fell apart as soon I took the wrapper off.
Horrible customer service, filthy restroom, wrong food, missing food, and very messily made food all in the same visit.
Good thing for them I ordered carry out, and realized my food was wrong after I had left. If I would’ve dined in, I would’ve demanded a refund and left the food and gone and ate somewhere else.
DO NOT EAT HERE. SERIOUSLY WORST TACO BELL IVE...

Old review but a review. I will start off by saying.. the food was very good. I enjoyed my meal. But sheesh. Walked in they told us to order on the kiosk? I think that's how it's spelt. They made us order on that. They were not taking orders. There was more then 4 people back there.. they also refused a elderly women... she left. Made a 3rd customer redo her order and also ignored her. I watched as they made the lady wait for her drinks she already purchased for more then 5 minutes. I ordered the jalapeno frys. Was like a supreme order. No jalapenos? Take it off the menu then! The other food I ordered was correct and good. I enjoyed it. Had to ask and wait on my drinks for some reason? Even though there are fountains on our side? Had to wait again.. for forks.. I waited longer then sat and ate.. workers didn't seem like they cared. Were loud. The dinning area had trash everywhere.. dust filled the windows and seats. Disappointed. Love eating at Tacobell.. the food is great. Just the service is always horrible. Refusing an elderly person? Really? Now that's low. Step it uo...
