Decided to have Paint Protection Film and Window Tinting on my 2022 Ford F150. I looked at both products as a long term investment to protect my new truck. I wanted products that led the industry in quality, durability and with a long term warranty, so after researching multiple manufacturers, I selected Xpel.

I visited the Xpel website to determine who in the Phoenix area was an authorized installer. There were several installers, so I researched 3 of them. AZ Tint Pros seemed to have a large number of favorable reviews, we decided to visit their location.

My wife and I were impressed the moment we walked in to the business. The waiting area was warm and inviting. The installation area was extremely clean and well lit. The owner, Josh Castro, greeted us, answered every question to our satisfaction, then took us into the installation area, where we viewed a vehicle having Xpel PPF installed.

Truly exceptional customer service. From the first phone call to inquire about window tinting and protective film for my new Tesla Y through pickup. I was new to all this so I asked a lot of questions first of Bronson, the manager, then to Josh, the owner who picked up my call after hours. Both took the time to explain the levels of tinting so it would match all around as that was important to me since the back windows were tinted from Tesla but did not have the heat protection. They got me scheduled quickly and even my husband was impressed by the professionalism and cleanliness of the shop. Shop is new with windows into work area so you can observe.
