Awful... EVERYTIME I GO THERE! 6 out of 10 mini-churros had little to NO cinnamon-sugar and if you look closely at the pic THEY WEREN'T EVEN FULLY COOKED! .. I'm waiting for that to kick me in the ss (literally), unfortunately I was eating in my truck, while driving, IN THE DARK.. It wasn't until I decided to turn on the light because they just didn't taste right (I was also dipping them in my REGULAR vanilla shake, which after repeating LARGE more than twice, still came out a REGULAR) & despite dipping them in even MORE sugar, I could still tell something was VERY WRONG! They need to worry LESS about how fast they can get customers out of the drive-thru & MORE about the QUALITY OF THE FOOD & GETTING ORDERS CORRECT! This was after 10pm on Sunday, I didn't have the option to go inside. I'm ashamed to say after at least 5 BAD EXPERIENCES at this location.. I'VE FINALLY LEARNED MY LESSON & WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION! Read moreCame to the drive thru around 1:30am on Saturday July 20 and honestly was appalled. I had just gotten off a 14 hour work day. Normally I don’t eat fast food, but I didn’t have anything at home readily available to eat. This was the closest thing to home that was still open available for a quick bite to eat before heading to bed after my exhausting day. I ordered the advertised 2pc spicy chicken strip, the worker answered with a question that I couldn’t understand, so they re asked, and again, I couldn’t understand through the speaker, in which I replied “I’m sorry, I cannot understand you through the speaker”. The worker then said to me “I know I’m not speaking Chinese”… then proceeded to ask the question again. I said “okay” and drove off. Look, I know this is jack in the box, in the middle of the night…I was not expecting spectacular service, but I expect to be treated as a human. Read moreWent to this store at about 7:30pm. When we pulled up to the drive-thru, a woman said she was sorry, but they only had fried foods. I asked her to repeat that and asked her to confirm there were no burgers. She said yes, due to being short-staffed [there was only 2 of them), most of the menu was not available. We drove off to find another burger place. Would have been nice if there was a sign up stating this, or better yet, just close the place and send those 2 kids home with pay instead of wasting everyone's time. Edit In response to the owner's comment below. I did fill out the corporate form, but how much more specific do I need to be? I told you the who, what, where, when, and why. YOU need to tell me HOW you are going to fix this. Reading the other reviews on here it is evident you have a staffing and management problem. Maybe the service industry isn't a good...
