I'm visiting for two weeks out of state, and I've had a good experience here every time I've come. I was very impressed with how hard working the employees were during rushes, making tons of drinks back to back.
I will say Starbucks is taking on crazy amounts of mobile orders, and I think that's slowing things down sometimes. It's like having a line of infinite people ordering online, but you only see a few people in the line inside and wonder why things are slow.
As a customer, I wish corporate Starbucks would figure out a solution to this, as there's only so many baristas trying to make drinks for drive through, walk ups, and now tons of online orders.
The problem with online ordering is that there's no line. So if you see a line of 20 people in real life, you will wait or go somewhere else. Those people making the choice to leave a long line give time for the kitchen to catch up.
But with mobile ordering, you don't need a line, so you don't see how busy a place is. You just keep loading order after order after order on workers with limited resources who are already making orders for drive through and walk ups.
Again, I've been impressed with how they've handled rushes the few times I've been here, but for the sake of everyone, I wish Starbucks wouldn't load them with so many mobile orders as it seems to stress out customers...

Iāve been in the hospitality industry from events to food and beverage and I expect customer service when being served. 3rd time Iāve gone to this location and received such RUDE customer service. If you literally want a bad start to your day Starbucks on 91st and Thomas is the place to go.
Iāve waited 8 minutes to get my order taken to pull up to the window and be told I have to pull back around and get behind the 3 cars that had lined up behind me to pull back around to the window and wait until 6 minutes for my drink. To placing mobile orders in the app which clearly states ādrive up to window and notify them you are picking up a mobile orderā and have not one but two associates waste my time for 5 minutes lecturing me on how we must notify them at the window/Iām the 3rd person to do this/etc. when I simply told the first associate I was sorry but the app notifies you to pull all the way through.
I suggest management retrains all associates on customer engagement and service. Nobody wants coffee served with a bad...

My go to drink is the iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken expresso and they are always gross! I end up throwing away and spending my money for nothing. Instead of getting my coffee there in the morning before work I just order ahead on the other starbucks on my way to work on 27ave and Thomas and they make the drink always on point and tastes how it suppose to. Ive been holding off on providing feedback on this drink but I am over it how its never good. I suggest for management to provide training again on this drink. Ive gone on morning and afternoon shifts and its still flavorless. Other than that other drinks are good except the drink I mentioned above. If you wish to call me and get more info I am open, I am always open to provide any feedback good or bad. The staff there already know me I am sure since I am a frequent customer but I will have to stop asking for the drink I like because it goes straight to the trash. Please make this drink...
