I went to the bbb's fashion in 75th ave and i was exchanging shoe that didn't fit me. While I was returning them the guy was examining them very closely than took then to a girl that was fixing the shoes. He came back and said I had already wore them because inside it was dusty. All the other shoes were dusty inside because EVERYONE tries them on. And if i had already wore them then why would i want a bigger size and why wasent the bottom dirty? later that day I brought my mom and my mom was explaining that I just wanted to exchange them for a bigger size because the were to small. While my mom was explaining he was rudely laughing and smiling, I asked him why he was smiling and he did answer he just said that i had alreadd used them. So if I could do zero stars I would. This company had my car towed because I parked in there lot to go to a brewers game which wasn’t really in front there business. Also there were no signs anywhere stating that you couldn’t park there. Wait there was one that said no over night parking. I parked there for a couple of hours. And my rental car got towed. I am sorry but it’s petty! I was actually going to shop at your store after the game but when I found out you did us all dirty. And had everyone towed because you saw it on camera. Selections on wigs are limited, especially color wise. This used to be the go to spot for hair and clothing. I used to love the customer service, but unfortunately they don't have the same people and the new people aren't as customer service oriented. The other ladies I would go see would offer suggestions, give feedback and made the experience super comfortable. I am glad they moved up in life but miss them.
