This is the first time I’ve been to the stadium, but I have been to all the other stadiums in the Phoenix area. I have come with the same purse every year. I even have a picture last year at the Rockies Stadium with the exact same purse that I’m about to mention.. it’s A small Michael Kors bag that has never had any issues with entry. This is the first time that one of the security guards stopped me and said that I cannot come in with it because it was not 5 x 9. It was 5 x 10. I wasn’t even aware of this rule as I’ve never stopped so I didn’t even know it was a problem… until it was. One inch off….. I was parked half a mile away after I just walked there and then had to walk back and then come back again. Meanwhile, the security line to the left of me had someone with a backpack that wasn’t see-through And also another woman who had a bigger purse the me which I advised the security guard to look, and then reconsider making an exception for me.. she got loud and said absolutely not and told me to move out of line or, they would have to revoke my privilege for entering that day.. quiet rude and absurd - I wasn’t escalating. I was just asking questions because I was shocked and making observations and asking her to look at my observation of other people entering, who are breaking the rules, she’s trying to stop me for. This security guard was on a clear power trip and it was extremely unfair to make me walk back given how far the parking was, and then come back again for such a small discrepancy while others were walking in with larger items. This whole ordeal made me walk 1.5 miles before I was even able to get to the game. It’s the fact that others were given an exception, and I wasn’t that felt very unfair. If you’re going to do this to one person you need to do it...

Will start with the lone positive -seating in the park is great. You can get really close to the game/players. Now the not so fun stuff. Trying to park took a looooong time. Ended up in a mall parking lot and walked. Arrived to a long line at the gate. People with bags waited in line while no one was going through the line for people without bags. Do you think the lady would ask some of those in the long line to come over to the other line? The person gave very little direction. Food lines took 15 minutes to get food. A cashier did not have "singles " for change. A kettle corn and popcorn stand now blocks the sidewalk to the outfield seating area. No one was there to help people through the crowd. Long lines to the restrooms. I went to a game last year and had a great time. None of what I mentioned above took place. Today was an awful fan experience-as if nobody cared at all. I walked out after the 5th inning. There were a LOT of people walking out with me. Can't see me...

Terrible experience, recommend you go see another team for spring training. Security guards whistling at women, team store not open, chased around the fields after walking through an open gate. After a great experience at the Angels stadium in Tempe, where everyone was very chilled out and friendly, the staff at Family Fields really left a bad taste. If we hadn't already bought tickets, we would have left and gone to another game. Won't be back. The facilities were chaotic, with shops open one minute and closed 10 minutes later. If you need to close a section, you should actually close the gate or put up a sign. No one is trying to be disrespectful, they just have no idea something is closed if it's left open. It's also completely inappropriate to whistle at women to get their attention. More training needed for security staff. Also, no stainless steel straws or reusable bottles? No thought given to...

We went to the old stadium in 2018 and the updated one in 2025. The old stadium was awesome. So many vendors used to walk up and down the stairs like the lemonade man. Now there's none. The parking costs 10 bucks but no one is actually parking you. Food is crazy expensive and nothing original. The stadium really lost its charm. Yeah it's modern but we came for the atmosphere. Tickets were about $25 in 2018 are now almost $50. Only 2 sets of bathrooms inside the stadium. There's plenty of fields to watch players warming up. It's disappointing. The ushers are non-existent. People move during play instead of waiting for in-between innings or at the very least between batters. We have Timber Rattler tickets, spring training and regular Brewer tickets but we are questioning whether we will continue because of the rudeness of others in the stands.

The good- 1) The stadium is nice. It's open, relaxing and fun. 2) The staff is great. They're friendly and accommodating. The bad- 1) Concession prices are way too high. Small park feel with big park prices. Regular size hot dog = $6.29. Large soda = $7.49. Bottled water = $5.29. It literally makes me sick going to places like this where they charge exorbitant prices for very basic items. 2) Parking/Leaving the area. It took around 30 minutes just to leave the area. The area is too small/busy for a baseball game. This was a weekday game. Maybe a weekend game is better.
