I ordered some chips with cotija cheese like i always do and some new girl added nachos cheese. I got my order and went back to work so I could eat them for lunch. When I went to lunch and noticed they added nacho cheese not cotija cheese I went and asked them if they can exchange them because on my receipt thats not what it said I ordered. A tall lady told me to bring back the chips which I did but when I came back this short guy told me that since its been an hour he can’t do anything. Like really they havent been touched and on my receipt it clearly shows they made an error! And plus why make me bring back the chips if you cant exchange them. I had ordered a Sonoran hotdog and as soon as I picked it up the bun fell apart because it was soggy. After they gave me a new bun I tried to eat it but it had no flavor and what I'm assuming was the bacon was super hard. I had ordered the combo with fries and a drink but the fries were soggy and i was surprised that the drink was a 12oz can of coke. My wife had ordered mangoniada and it was crammed in the smallest cup possible mabe like a 8oz cup. The place looked clean and fully staffed that was only positive. This place is really nice, very clean, workers are very polite, and best of all the food/snacks taste amazing. Walked in and was greeted right away. Ordered what my kids and I wanted which was 3 ice creams and 1 mangoneada. My kids loved their ice cream completely finished it. The mangoneada was DELICIOUS.
