DO NOT PURCHASE A vehicle from Best auto. Almost 3 months ago we purchased a 2014 captiva , Vinny the salesman said it was the only car on the lot, we thought it looked like a nice car so we took it. Day 1 the car turned off on us at the light, we left it not thinking anything of it, then the wheel shook and A/c wasn’t cooling, went in 2 times to fix it for them to fix the Ac correctly by just cleaning the filter.. car started turning off on us every five minutes so we took it in again they replace a hose and has us pay $250 for a $20 hose. had to buy a new battery $250 and the wheel is now shaking. This car has had issue after issue, it’s a piece of junk and I we purchased this vehicle so that we can take my newborn to her doctor appointments and can get to places we need like work, we have missed so much work and appointments I’m scared to even put my new born baby in the vehicle cuz it will break down in this heat with a new born no way! This has caused so much mental distress and physical distress that I will be suing for. Sold us a really bad car with many issues. I even think they did something to the lights on dash as they don’t come on to indicate the problem, they probably did that so we wouldn’t know there was this many issues. I honestly think they paid for some of the good reviews because they don’t have good customer service or sale good cars. I’m really sad because so much money wasted. As soon as we can tho ,we will be giving them there junk car back so beware they might sell it to you! Don’t waste your money or mental health on Best Auto!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh and Vinny our sales rep. Thanks for lying to us , selling us this awful car and saying a luxury of this vehicle was it had charging ports lol they don’t work of course!!!!!! 😢. Thanks vinny, the sale rep for lying and doing your job. You should be proud selling junk cars to good hardworking new parents!!

Update engine light came on, of course another issue we gta pay for(mind you we’ve had the car 4 months only now). They did offer a discount on the Cadillac converter which was the issue! It takes 10 years for a Cadillac converter to go bad. I really believe they don’t maintenance these vehicles good when they’re getting ready to sell them they just make them so they could run the office on Central that they fix the cars at, is full of totaled cars that have been an accidents which I’m betting they fix and then sell you because why would they have them on their lot? They have a lot of them and come to find out my car has been in an accident, and now the back tire thing is rattling loud I swear this car is falling apart ! I did speak to jeb, and although he did offer me a discount which I appreciate him for it’s not nearly enough to give a good review. This car has caused so much trouble for us and we’re paying so much out-of-pocket plus we’re paying the monthly payment and insurance overrated because of the cars history of being an accident, definitely do Carfax or look up a free car before you purchase here . Every vehicle needs maintenance. Come on four months out and you’re already replacing everything come on do better best auto. And when you call their offices, they transfer you to different people never can get a straight answer. Oh, and I’m still waiting on detailed receipts for my the work that has been done on my vehicle, which is against the law for them not to give me, which I will be filing report they told me they emailed them to me which lies the manager. Can’t even give a receipt when you pick up your vehicle, which is crazy. I swear this place has been a mess if you’re smart don’t don’t mess with them! Go to Courtesy Chevrolet they have used vehicles and they have warranties on them and they also do free maintenance for a few years. Don’t get stuck with these guys. And there’s cosmetic issues the lock button fell in and they fixed it and it’s doing the same thing and the trunk when we opened it the whole thing just came off. 😔😟☹️😡😡😠😤😭😢. ...

We are opening a lawsuit on this company and would love for some of you to to message me to see if we can get you on the lawsuit! This place is awful they don’t fix issue and they don’t properly repair the vehicles! My vehicle has broken down over 7 times in 1 year and that doesn’t include the many many repairs we had to pay for! I learned a hard lesson to never buy a used vehicle! Thanks JEB! Faulty repairs, faulty parts, always breaking down, then they fix it then it breaks down again, I’ve fixed the cat converter more than 3 times it’s ridiculous and this last time the best auto shop fixed it and did nothing for $180. The cat converter is still wired in the vehicle not even bolted like supposed to or I asked. The mechanic I got to look at it can’t believe this place. Oh AND NO RECEIPTS 🧾 NO MATTER HOW MUCH U ASK! THEY ARE NOT BBB CERTIFIED I SUGGEST YOU READ THE REVIEWS ON BBB BEFORE BUYING HERE AS THE REVIEWS ON HERE ARE NOT ACCURATE!! My son in law purchased a 2014 captiva and I have more then 12 receipts of mechanical work they have had to pay out of pocket thousands of dollars, breaking down all the time, they’ve only had this car over a year 13 months, and nothing but issues , we have a rental right now because it’s broke down n we still make payments, now we want to get a new vehicle via trade in and they want another down payment, we paid $2,500 down $360 a month plus full coverage insurance . It was also in an accident that was said nothing about! Please do car fax or don’t do business here I promise you your car will break down and it will be on you to fix. So stressed!

It’s constantly breaking down, about 6-7 times in the last year,I took it back in this week and your mechanic 👨‍🔧 didn’t even know what he fixed on our vehicle , we had to pay $180 for the catalytic converter which we already replaced it with You not even a year ago, I had a certified mechanic look at the vehicle and your best auto mechanic wired the catalytic converter into the vehicle instead of properly bolting it in, I have proof Not only was this his fault but he could of put my family in danger anything could of came loose or broke, and they won’t give you a invoice or receipt with the work they do on the vehicle only a receipt of how much you paid, it’s very shady I’ve been asking for receipts for 11 months , I’ve contacted the lemon law attorney because we are losing work, my son school , my baby is missing appointments and the mental anguish they have caused my family, we never know when the captiva is gna break down again so we constantly stress about it. Please for your own sanity and hard earned money PLEASE DONT BUY A CAR HERE so you see how the owner responds to these reviews, oh it’s a used car of course it breaks down all the time, so you already know what they will tell you. Since you all fail to answer my calls or call back on the number you provided then I'll get into details this way, where do I begin......... First off when I purchased the car they lied and told me the system printed my middle twice so I had to redo my paperwork (no system randomly inputs information) so human mistake number 1, then when they submitted my registration to the DMV they failed to include the apartment number so my plates were never received (doesn't matter the cost to have a knew one shipped out it was their mistake and their problem to fix not mine, yet I had to pay) when I called repeatedly about my plates they hung up in my face multiple times mistake number 2, one of the tires on the vehicle was completely worn out I asked them repeatedly to fix that one bad tire and the tire sensor that was bad when I purchased the car and they failed to so, problem number 3, after purchasing the car they told me to take my car to the service shop and have the battery replaced because it was no good they replaced it with another faulty battery, two months later it leaks battery acid inside of my car, I reached out to you all and they told me there is no warranty on my battery (which is understandable, however this was a faulty battery they installed not me) mistake number 4, I finally had an opportunity to get a full diagnostic on the car and they showed me there are all sorts of safety issues that failed to be addressed before selling the car (I reached out again and her excuse was the service phone lines were down as soon as they get a hold of them they will reach out to me) this was weeks ago and still no response........... SO YOU CAN MAKE ALL THE RESPONSES AND COMMENTS YOU'D LIKE, BOTTOM LINE IS, THIS IS A RINKY DINK DEALERSHIP

P.S. I don't believe they pay for their reviews, they encourage you to give a good review once they get you approved and most people are so dissatisfied with the run arounds, bad attitudes and problems that they don't bother with changing...
