Absolutely loved this place. Quick, friendly service, reasonable prices, and fantastic food! They make their own flour tortillas in-house, and they are soooo fresh. I ordered tacos de cabeza and one lengua. The lengua was thick and chewy, great texture. A little salty though; would have preferred if they soaked it first to get rid of a bit of the salt. Cabeza was tender and falling apart, so delish. They have a nice little condiments bar too, where you can get salsa, avocado sauce, and radishes.

The worst tacos i have ever tasted in my life. To begin with, the smell of these tacos in my car was horrendous that I almost vomited. Once i got home and opened up the box even worse. I was brave enough to take a bite and it was an instant vomit. The asada taste like old grease and that is what it smelled like. Stay away!!!

Good service... Decided to come in to this restaurant because google reviews was at a 4.2. however when we came in and received the food. Food was okay, it was lacking flavor and salt. Food was decently priced if you're okay to salt all your food. Fresh veggies to put into your order that's a plus.

The horchata was decent, the order taker was polite. I ordered the lunch special of the day: a barbacoa torta with rice and beans and the special tasted good especially for $6. I just didn't like that the torta was just telera and barbacoa meat...no condiments whatsoever. I need at least a little mayo or some drippings to soak that thing. I added some salsa and 'vamonos'.

I also ordered a birria de chivo for my aunt who is at the hospital down the street and the portion was great for $8.50. It came with all the condiments in the book and tortillas. I didn't try it but my aunt was having a hard time eating it because the pieces of meat were very chunky/thick. She said it was okay but 1) she's ridiculous picky and 2)she's fighting ovarian cancer in her last stages and can't really eat much of anything without vomiting so who knows.

If I ever happen to be in the area again, I wouldn't mind checking out some more of...

My favorite Mexican restaurant used to be La Tolteca in Phoenix. (closed down). So a few months ago I remembered always seeing this place, thinking wth I'mma try it. Well to my great pleasure the food was delicious. I'm simple so I ordered the birria w/ rice and beans. That was regular price. 9 bucks no drink. Went today at lunchtime and they had that same combo for $6.24, that's with a drink. I went inside to order, the place was clean and they had a fresh salsa bar with cucumbers, radishes, limes, cabbage and a few different salasa. The combo made 5 hefty tacos. The rice and beans are sooo good. I'm not a fan of veggies in my rice and their beans don't taste like Fredrickos. Long story short 😆😆😆😆. I would eat here...

I would eat here every day if I could. Carne asada de perfección (that's perfection for the gringos), super-friendly service, a robust toppings selection with LIMES (looking at you, all the -bertos and -icons and your lemons)

Inside has lots of seating and tables that can be combined for groups, friendly staff, a comfortable environment. The drive thru is pretty quick for made-to-order.

Not for nothing, but I went once and something trivial was forgotten in my bag. Two weeks later, I went back and the person at the drive thru recognized and remembered me and immediately apologized for the mistake. Who remembers a person from the drive thru in the middle of dinner rush, two weeks later?

I...
