Fiesta Latina — Attraction in Phoenix

The bathroom does not have hand towels or a hand dryer and when you ask for paper towels to dry your hands they say they do not put any because the kids clog up the toilet with it. The sink does not work right. I used it fine when I got there and as the night went on the left sink hot water turned off the faucet on the sink on the right. What the heck! It was crazy and the food they served was not that good, it was skimpy on the plate just so they could serve everyone, the chips and salsa they served was also skimpy. They served the chips on a paper plate per table and one very small bowl of salsa and when you asked for more chips they said they ran out. I do not recommend this place to anyone. We had an event here in March of 2022 and the bartender was charging our guest for the sodas and water. We provided all the drinks on top of paying for the event. I was told by the owner I have to wait six weeks to get my deposit back, after the six weeks I called him to get my money back and he said he would give me a call back when he was at the office. Every time I call he either hangs up on me or doesn’t answer my calls. It’s mid May of 2022 and still can’t receive my deposit. Perfect reception hall at an amazing affordable price! The hall is huge and has everything needed for the perfect event like ours was. The staff was very attentive and helpful, the food was delicious and the waitresses were top of the line and provided great service! The decoration was beyond gorgeous! Definitely glad we booked this hall and will be booking again for future events....
