I first stated with Char back in 2019/2020. She did a fantastic job given me a Silk press. That same night I messed up. I called Char to fix my major mess up before my job interview. She took care of me like it was nothing. I looked even more fabulous this the 1st and I was looking A1 this first time…how does one top that. I was in and out in now time.

Now it’s 2023. I’m needing to just trim my hair, but I had already kinda straightened my hair before. Not only did she show me how my hair before and how much of a hot mess it was with all the unevenness, Char give me recommends about Aloe Vera and even took the time to let me know about putting too product on my hair. Would you believe she even took the time to take a quick press to my hair to make it even better than before in just a matter of minutes.

Char is absolutely fabulous! I absolutely will continue to come to her shop to take care of this hair or mine....

Overall, one of the best experiences I have ever had. Char took the time to listen to my concerns about my hair and she over exceeded my expectations. I got a versatile and it is the best sew in I have had to date. I did a lot of research in finding a stylist and was motivated from seeing her reviews. SHE IS AMAZING and affordable especially during this pandemic. It was greatly appreciated that she had COVID protocols in place as I have family that is severe risk. The atmosphere in her salon is so positive and uplifting. Typically, at other places my sew-ins would take so long to install, however Char was quick, efficient, professional, and personable making the time pass-by so effortlessly. I felt like a new woman leaving and still had time to run errands after my appointment. I will definitely be returning to Char for all my hair care needs and I cannot...

Absolutely disgusting service. Char ran more than an hour behind, no apologies. She said I could leave if I wanted to when I got to my appointment. I understand that unprofessionalism is probably how things work in whatever Country she’s from but if she wants her business here to succeed, she needs to work on understanding she’s providing a service at a salon and not doing hair in her mothers basement. I would not recommend this for place. Most of her reviews are written by people she knows because any new client she has she chases away by her rude behavior. That’s why she asks for a tip before the service so she can do the bare minimum. Save your money and go else...
