I bid on a car at this auction after paying for it had engine light on I complaint about it to staff they said it’s probably the gas cap. I took it to a mechanic to get the engine light checked paid for o2 sensors and hooked up several hoses that weren’t even hooked up to the car which cost about 500 just to find out through a mechanic that it has a blown head gasket several leaks and radiator needs to be fixed. I bid 1400 which out the door was 1700 I wish I could trade it in. I’m highly disappointed needed reliable transportation.I Wish there were more options in my case they shouldn’t sell cars with engine lights on if a mechanic checked. I shouldn’t be in the auction if that light was on and shaking as bad as it was I questioned the engine light when picking up the keys whoever I spoke with said it’s probably something simple like the gas cap this car which that was not the case this car needs over 4000 worth of work it’s a older 2002 crysler. If they’re is a option to trade in this case please let me know I have documents proving I took this car to a mechanic after leaving the auction.I have 4 kids was looking for reliable mechanic checked transportation. Now it’s just sitting don’t have thousands to invest in this car. On there site all cars say no issues mechanic checked and detailed. Hopefully they can work with me I emailed write this review and texted Jason’s voicemail is full. We will see hopefully they can work with me I need something reliable in good shape full size sedan. That doesn’t needs 1,000’s of repairs done. Update The owner said he would switch out the vehicle under replies and that was not the case he offered my bidding refund back that’s not what I wanted I wanted a reliable car without a engine light one I showed him receipts from repair shops I put too much money in this lemon to get the 1400 back I’ve spent 4000 hard lesson learned. Just be careful if you can drive it and have a mechanic with you don’t get a car auctions like these are a no go for me...
Read moreI was just at this last auction on 11/9, I ended up scoring a 2017 with 65,000 miles Hyundai Elantra for $4,400 plus tax title license fees. I paid them, but they didn't have the title at that time. They told me Monday they would have it. So I got the 3-day temporary registration, I went home. And then I read all the reviews. A lot of the reviews are not so wonderful, and after reading them I was for sure under the impression that I was going to have to battle to get my title and that it would take weeks. I worried myself sick all through the holiday believing all these reviews about how they don't answer the phones, they're rude, and it took them forever to get there title when they were told 3 to 5 days just as i was told.. Well I am here to say that none of that actually came true for me. Although they didn't have the title on that day( not sure why), but today which is the next business day after the holiday, I received a phone call from Jason before opening hours returning my email i sent. He was not rude, and he let me know once the shop opens he'll check for the title and I should be able to come down and get it today. Well I'm sitting here now with a new free and clear title in my name for a 2017 Hyundai that I got at fraction of retail price! Putting some new tires on it and and oil change now. A couple tips for you though... I recommend running some VIN checks . ADOT has a title check you can do to see if there's any issues with the title, as well as a lienholder check to see if there's any liens on the title . There's also government sites that you can check if it's been reported as stolen, salvaged, Etc. You can also carfax it. None of those checks are free though. But if you're serious about bidding , know what your gettig into. ask them at the window if they have the title on hand for that vehicle so you know what to expect. Good luck all! Even though its a gamble, Ill Reccomend an aution to others. Just do your research first not after...
Read moreI bought a 95 civic from this auction on the side that says “drivers” which means the cars that are “ running & reliable “ now don’t get me wrong they are pretty cheap cars but don’t believe they are reliable as they say. Your car won’t even last a week or two without something happening & they won’t fix it unless it’s the engine or transmission. They don’t fix minor things as like battery, tires, oil leaks etc. I don’t see how that’s reliable when your transmission is about to go out and you have leaks coming out from the inside of your hood. Yes lol that is my car. Remember I bought the car from the “drivers” side. they had to jump the car to show it for the auction. Is that reliable or even running? I bought the car with a dead battery. 2 poped tires & transmission is about to go out in the next month or so and even though we brought the car back before the 3rd day he told us he won’t help us fix anything & we can’t get our money back. His lot is full of junked cars & They might be running but I promise you they are not reliable. From my experience (A FEMALE) he was zero help. I’m not going to tell you not to go there because you can do what you want but I can say save your money & buy a car that is reliable from someone other than an auction or at least not Jason’s auction lol I’m livid that he could not just do one simple thing for me which fix my oil leaks and he couldn’t even do that. I didn’t even bring up my transmission going out because all he told me was to come & pick up my car because he is not going to work on it. It’s up to you if you want to go through what I went through. Jason is not honest & no help & pick & chooses what he wants to do with the broken down cars he sells to the public. The cars are not 100% perfect but also not 100% reliable and he needs to post that somewhere on his website because this...
