Pulled in late night to get my son his girlfriend and myself a treat as this is our usual go to spot. We ordered a Large Sonic Blast with Reeseâs peanut butter cup and cookie dough and then ordered a small same kind. I ordered a cherry limeade for my sons girlfriend. Repeated the order three times! The young girl never repeated the order back. We paid and waited for our order, the shift leader a young short girl with reddish brown hair brought out our order but she was missing my medium blast. I explained to her that we ordered it and even repeated it several times, she said she was sorry and said she would go in to make it. We were sitting for 10 mins! I got out to go inquire what was taking so long and another girl not the shift manager with the blue shirt brings out my blast and proceeds to tell me the cost??? Mind you it was the girls fault for not confirming the order and also never told us she was going back in to ring us up! I asked to speak with the shift manager the girl went in to get her and I could see she was rude and telling the coworker that I need to pay for it, she didnât see me standing watching her. I then asked to speak with her because she was the one who messed the order up and then never told us she was going to charge us for her mistake while we were waiting and the other blast was melting. They serviced two other cars before fixing our situation. Iâm a Disabled Veteran and have a family owned business Iâve never seen customer service this bad. The shift manager came out and continued to argue that it âwasnâtâ on the ticket?!! I said we repeated the order 3 times so this would be your fault plus waited while they took their time remaking the medium blast because they were busy with two other cars that came after us. I told her I donât want it and wasnât going to pay for her mistake and asked for the GMâs number she was reluctant to give me his information!!! I demanded that I get his card and she finally returned with the information. All this young lady had to do was explain before she went back in to make the blast is that it wasnât on the order it was her fault and should have said she was going to charge me for it would I still want it. MOST FAST FOOD PLACES just make it up by excepting their mistake and giving the customer the order. Itâs not like I was asking for $50 worth of free food!! This was her fault! She needs a REFRESHER course in customer service and how to treat people with respect. Also poor communication and disrespect is not something you should have in a lead position. I will no longer return to this Sonic and this girl should either be demoted or retrained. I should have got her name but if the owner actually cares and reads these it was April 24th and it was around 9:30-9:45 ish. That young woman has NO business in...

   Read moreUnbelievable. Utterly ridiculous! My friend and I ordered on the app while in the car with our friends to pay separately. As we prepared to feast on our food we noticed we did not receive the cheese to the pretzels we ordered. No big deal? RIGHT? Wrong! My friend has to literally get out of the car and basically argue with the workers over CHEESE!! They essentially accused us of lying to get extra cheese? I donât even know. They were convinced that the cheese in my friendâs lap from a completely separate order, was our cheese. They asked to look inside the bags and even the manager I believe stood outside our car looking into the car at the cheese in my friendâs lap that again was from a DIFFERENT order. We got the cheese for the pretzels at the end of it, but it was absolutely preposterous what we had to endure. And to top it all off, the worker with the greasy ponytail and highlights kept giving all of us on the car dirty looks and kept rolling her eyes. Needless to say we will not be back to this location.
