Da Valley Grill — Restaurant in Phoenix

Okay first time trying this place my first impressions as I walk in the door is: hot, disgustingly dirty, bad smell and flies everywhere.

As I approached the counter to order food my next impression is extremely disgustingly dirty everything is dirty and sticky no matter what you touch.

I ordered an iced tea and a Miso ramen..

As I sat down at a disgustingly dirty table I looked around and noticed that the place is extremely dirty, very gross and flys everywhere.

My iced tea arrived, I'm not sure what it was but it had a milky substance in it and it must have been 100° inside the restaurant pretty disgusting.

Miso ramen soup, the broth was at best "warm" but it had a salty flavor to it there was a soft-boiled egg in the soup, the yoke was frozen in the outer layer was chilly of the egg.

The noodles were overcooked the meat was over salted and there was corn in my miso ramen soup...

I am taking a trip later this evening to San Diego and I hope that I don't get fiarrhea or food poisoning from this place.

Service was not existent the two women that work there did not speak very good English and needed to wash their hands and were sweating profusely because it was over 100° inside of the restaurant.

Overall this was a very bad experience at this restaurant the depth of disgusting gross dirt in the restaurant makes me wonder how they pass any type of health inspection..

Then again we have a Democrat mayor in the city of Phoenix so she's probably taking the money from the health department and giving it to some illegal aliens so it probably hasn't been inspected for a very long time.

Everything You touch in this restaurant is sticky and dirty I highly recommend that if you decide to eat at this restaurant you do it as takeout or delivering and when you're at home you can throw the food in the microwave to make it acceptably warm for you to eat

Me? I will pass on the opportunity to come back to this restaurant the depth of grossness here is beyond my level of acceptability. I will rather have my fingernails torn out and my eyeballs popped out of my skull with a hot poker while being forced to listen to Justin Bieber songs then return to this...

We found this place as we drove by. We tried it and I'm happy to report it was all fabulous. The prices were less than what I've paid for similar food. The food quality was outstanding. The atmosphere is very relaxing. As I sit looking around the place is very clean and spotless. Customer service is warm and friendly. They are a place for everyone. We had the chicken teriyaki plate and the teriyaki beef plate. We are both so full. A great value and best of all the food was very good. We plan to return to try all the items. Tried thier pineapple fried rice with BBQ chicken....took almost 10 minutes when my order was the only one in...dude came in behind me and got 2 fish frys...we walked out at almost the same time...as for the food probably the worst fried rice I've ever had..it wasn't even fried it was still clumpy and had ZERO flavor...the chicken wasn't even incorporated...they were thighs that were sitting par cooked in a rectangle serving tray on top of the stove/oven ..then warmed in a pan by themselves and set on top of the "fried" rice...place was super sticky..it is a little hole in the wall place which in my experience usually puts out some dank (awesome) food.. not this place...now I'm just hoping I dont get sick.
