I was very disappointed with this company, if there was an option for -5 stars, that's what I would give. I thought I was getting quality merchandise, spent thousands of dollars on, but I was sorely mistaken. I was sold a plastic clock for $250 that didn't even work(only the pendulum was operable). I was given a $250 very obviously USED 7×9 living room carpet, it was matted in spots as well as had dog hair and stains all over it. My table and chair legs were uneven and my two living room floor lamps were cheap plastic, not glass, as advertised. I was told I would be getting a pillow top mattress, it was not. The only reason I went with them was because they were the only company that I could find that had same day delivery available. It is abhorrible that this company is still in business. Beyond...

Bought a couch here and paid $100 for same day delivery. The delivery men hit the stair railing with my couch, which is a white leather 2 piece sectional. It put a gash in the leather. I pointed it out to the delivery men and they didn't say anything. I called the store and was asked to text a picture to the owner. The owner then replies that this was a floor model and it must have had the tear in it already. I inspected the couch before purchasing it and I was concerned about a discoloration. I definitely would have noticed a tear the size of my pinky nail. I'm not sure if lying is a practice of theirs or if they were calling me a liar. Either way, I wont do business with them again. Just be careful and don't let the delivery men touch...
