I'm done with GameStop.

I've been a customer all of my life but I'm done with this shitty company. I have been a pro member for years!

Last month they opened an hour and a half late on release day of sparking zero and metaphor. They didn't even receive the pre-order poster for DBZ until a month later.

Today I went to go pick up my copy of Dragon Quest 3 HD that I preordered. The lady told me they have not arrived at their store yet or even SHIPPED OUT YET. The only way I was able to get my $5 preorder I had to put down was on a damn GameStop gift card. I will be purchasing the game elsewhere and buying my games through another company from here on. They will probably want my money since it looks like GameStop doesn't. GameStop, I'm literally trying to give you my hard earned money but you can't be bothered to supply games into your own damn stores!

don’t usually write reviews but this felt outta pocket, was in this store and a girl with blue green hair was super loud and I noticed she was very rude cussing to her other employee so I can only assume she’s probably a manager cuz no way someone really acts like that towards someone. Was having a private convo w my boyfriend about this years election and I guess she over heard us and decided to bud in giving her own opinion and telling me that who I voted for was a rapist and etc etc but the comment that triggered me is when I tried to at least state my opinion she said she couldn’t believe I’d turn my back on people…. can only guess what that means, sure she was already having a bad day already by the screaming and cussing so maybe I should cut some slack but damn who...

Placed an order for 5 items. When my order arrived at my house I got only 3 items. Turns out the kindra ex box and the Greninja ex box that was available when I ordered it, mysteriously became unavailable. And instead of letting me wait until items came back in stock they cancelled the order. The items are now double the price and so i think some manager wanted to make a few bucks on the side. Not only that one of the tins that did show up was dented and damaged. I called for a replacement but it was out of stock. They could not offer a replacement or partial refunds only a full refund. Seeing as how it's impossible to buy a new one I didn't want to send them back the damaged one. GameStop uses some call center in India to handle calls so no hope in getting any real help...
