Literally for YEARS, this Panda Express has the worst customer service I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gone to make orders and they’ve gotten them wrong or constantly forgot something. I’ve never made a review today but I was so bothered that I finally took the time to write this because like “ARE YOU SERIOUS????!” Like today was that line of I’m done coming here. So every time I go the drive they is NOTORIOUS for messing up orders and forgetting everything.
So I decided to do something different today, I’m like okay I’m just going to walk in and do my order inside so there’s no way they can mess up my order this time. Hence, the only reason I came was because someone requested me to get them food from there so the initial intent of me going there was for someone else. So I ordered a 2 entree plate of double teriyaki chicken and chowmein. Which they had plenty of and they made the plate there in front of me, next I needed a separate side of beef broccoli which they were out of all any veggie dishes. So they told me it’d be a 10 minute wait. I said that’s fine, in the mean time I might as well place another of order for me to eat when I get home since I’m waiting. Which to me that’s adding more transactions to their night purchasing addition items I did not intentionally go there for but just to kill time while I wait for the order I originally went for for the person who gave me money to place this order for.
Long story short. They switched servers on me and the girl who originally made the first plate had another girl take over to complete the order and after a good wait or waiting and PAYING before receiving my order when I got my order and got home and realized they completely forgot my entire plate which I originally ordered and saw them plate upon arrival of ordering. Yeah they didn’t charge me but you’re telling me that you completely forgot the order that was not missing anything or had to wait to make was already packaged and ready the entire reason I went there and then the only thing they want to is offer me 20% I didn’t go there for my food. And used someone’s money to pay for food I thought would be theirs and to go home and see they didn’t even receive their food but I already paid for mine with their money not knowing yeah they didn’t bill me for the plate but I only purchased myself food and with no cash left because they had 2 people outside soliciting and asking customers for money. And even though I told them “hey you have people outside asking your customers for money and even asking me to pull out cash from them here” is kinda invasive. Then feeling dumb for giving them money for what they claimed they needed money then doing the same thing to the next customers and giving them a different excuse.
Either way horrible HORRIBLE service. 20% off is not going to give back the time I wasted there over 15 minutes waiting for food to only give me the wrong order when they had more than ENOUGH time to make sure the order could’ve corrected and then still having to ask forks and napkins because they didn’t even put that in the bag. That’s just the basic of what you put in every order. It’s store #1223 I tried to call to Make a complaint and the corporate number kept hanging up. I’m like hahah wow thanks panda and you guys want Survey’s so bad. Work on your customer service or how about GO VISIT THAT STORE OR FINALLY GO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THEIR...
Read moreWe used the drive thru exhausted from an entire day of traveling. We were looking for a quick delicious meal to take home, unpack and relax. But this visit was not quick or delicious.
We ordered two regular plates. One half and half (rice/chow mein) with honey walnut shrimp and sweet fire chicken. They said they were out of sweet fire chicken and asked if we'd like another selection. So we opted for the honey sesame chicken.
The other was half and half (super greens and chow mein) with orange chicken and bejing beef. We were told there would be a wait for the super greens of only one minute. We agreed.
We get to the window, no other cars behind us and were asked to pull around to the front to wait. I called family to let them know we had arrived back in Phoenix. I spent about 5 minutes on the phone. I hung up and wondered why the order was taking so long.
Soon enough the gentleman from the window approached the vehicle with what we thought was our meal. We checked for the correct sauce order and proceeded to head home for some well deserved rest.
Upon arriving home we opened the meal to find that the order was wrong. The Walnut shrimp was not to be found. Instead we found the sweet fire chicken which we were told they were out of and orange chicken.
The orange chicken looked as though it had been sitting over night. It was really dark in color with a foul taste. The super greens were anything but "super" and didn't appear fresh enough to warrant a wait. The broccoli was soggy and limp, the cabbage was gross and there were no other veggies to be found. The bejing beef had no onions or bell pepper.
We called to inform them of this issue and we were offered only a free honey walnut shrimp. I'd rather have my money back and never use this location again. Possibly never visit another Panda Express in fear the same nightmare...
Read moreThis location has terrible customer service. I ordered a family meal for pickup on 5/8. When I arrived there was no one at the front register. I stood in the back of the line and waited for the employee to take the order of the person in front of me. When the employee was finished, she immediately started making a to go order and did not acknowledge me. After standing there for about five minutes, she finally said she would be with me in a moment. I said it’s OK and that I was just there for a pick up order. She just pointed to the shelf and said that the to go orders were over there. I go and grab my order off the shelf and take it to my car . I walked back in to buy an additional side and the female employee (Name started with an A) that checked me out stated “Just so you know, you’re not allowed to grab your own food”. I informed her that her coworker pointed and told me to take it. I also told her that no one acknowledged me when I walked in. So how was I able to get my food? This location needs to train their employees about proper customer service. I understand that it was a rush period, but at least speak to the customers when they walk in and ask how you can help them. In addition, the employee could have spoke in a more respectful manner. I’m not an employee there so I wouldn’t know the protocol. If someone was at the counter then they would have been able to hand me my food in a timely manner. Definitely will not be back to...
