Every. Single. Time. My order has been messed up. It’s either incorrect or cold half the time the cheese is never melted. This last time I ordered two double sausage Croissants with no egg. Got up to the window and was asked what I ordered. There was no one behind me and there was only one person ahead of me. I told them what I ordered. Got home and there was one correct croissant and the other had burnt bacon and two pieces of unmelted cheese. Went back to have them correct it and was given attitude by both the counter person and the “cook” they were not busy, really no reason for the order to be messed up aside from not paying attention. This was just the latest issue. We try not to go here unless it’s a last resort. Something is always missing or they dont out it together correctly. And they always give you attitude if you say something. As I was leaving the drive thru I pulled over and I was missing a medium fry so I went back to the drive thru and was given the fries. When I got home my whopper was missing cheese and bacon. I had to drive back to BK and this time I went into the restaurant. Right away the manager told me that the burger didn’t come with bacon or cheese ( she didn’t even ask me for the receipt ) before I could even show her she walked away and asked me for my name pulled the order and saw that it was their mistake. Grabbed the bag in a very rude manner and threw the burger in the trash and told the cooks that she needed a whopper with cheese and bacon.
