Typical del taco. Nothing out of the ordinary good or bad. As was expected as far as the food service and price if you've ever been to a del taco before. It's all "cookie cutter" copy and repeat at these fast food places anymore... Been to one been to them all. Don't matter where. "SAME PLACE?", "SAME PLACE....", " SAME THING?", "SAME THING....".......

Dont get me wrong. Consistency is not that easily achieved. I grew up on del taco. My years in highschool were all about getting as much food as possible for the $2.00 I got to buy my lunch with.. Del Taco was king. If I didn't get a soda I could get 4 soft tacos and a red drean burrito with sour cream of I borrowed a quarter from somebody. It was way more food then I could get anywhere else. I will always pull into a Del Taco if I'm in a town that I don't know or have never been to. BECAUSE I KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT. I know that if I get the classic chicken burrito that there's no guacamole on it unless it's asked for and that make ordering with an avocado allergy much simpler. There's less questions that need answers before an order can be made. The whole time cars are stacking up in the rear view mirror. It's fast food. So I wouldn't exactly say that there needs to be any "improvement" to be made. There's a lot of people out there who need some things to stay the same. We grew up with things a certain way and everybody goes around changing everything in the name of progress, innovation or improvement. What ever happened to "if it ain't broke don't fix it" I can't tell you how many things got screwed up just because somebody had the bright idea that they could improve upon it. They go and mess it up when it was practically perfect to start with. It doesn't matter if something is perfect or lousy the one thing that you can count on is that at some point it WILL be changed or discontinued. All one can look forward to is saying good bye to whatever it is that you currently enjoy. That being said. No need to change a thing there sir. There's nothing wrong with being familiar and dependable... Ever hear for being yourself and never changing who you are just because others might want you to it like you more of you conform to what they want. Be yourself and stand out for standing up for who and what you are. Stand behind the product you offer instead of being so quick to change or alter it just to appease the general public. If you have a good product/service, don't change it. Believe in it and stand behind it.its i.possable to please everybody and if people actually think about it trying to do so only means that there's something not on the up and up. It's like offering to put a handful of the sun in every bag because that's what everybody wants. Actually it's worse because everybody wants something different so asking everybody like your actually gonna try to make their wishes a reality is absurd to even imply... It's a knee-jerk kinda auto reply or a "Cookie cutter" responce that instills a false hope that will ultimately end up in letting anybody who is willing to believe in what's being strongly implied simply by asking for suggestions that you can make that would get them to visit your establishment more often. Now that's a little bit over kill on the whole thing no matter if it's discribing exactly what had occured what was implied and what the outcome ultimately will be... It's just not that serious right so go ahead and imply the impossible so that someone somewhere might believe that somebody cares about their opinion enough that it's important to them and they will use that opinion to make the worlda better place for them to live in.... Just as long as they don't actually believe in it enough to actually expect it. But then again that that ever-changing world the we live in where what's real and works today will surely not be there tomarrow ,, and that my friends is called progress..... Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would. We ordered food through drive thru and was told to park in front. The guy came out and asked what exactly we ordered. It was alot of food so I was struggling to remember everything I said. My husband started looking through the bags and the guy outside my window is standing there shifting back and forth staring at me so I said we're checking and my husband said it looked like everything was there so guy left. Then he noticed only 1 deluxe chili cheese fries was missing, everything else was there but the one deluxe fries my husband had ordered so I went inside and told them I was sorry but we were missing the fries and told them which ones. The guy that gave us the food was mumbling under his breath saying that I said everything was there. He turned to the manager and she started yelling saying "it's in there, they need to check the other bags" she wasn't talking directly to me but yelling to make sure I heard. I was shocked because she's pretty much calling me a liar and I watched my husband pull everything out of the bag. I made sure it was missing because I hate being the customer that goes back getting something that was missing. I just don't like that confrontation but it was my husband's fries and he didn't have shoes on to go in. So I didn't saying anything because I was shocked and continued watching her literally throw fries in a box and then throw everything on top. And I mean throw, it was a mess. The guy didn't speak either, you could tell he was uncomfortable. She shoved the container at him and he packed it in a bag and gave it to me. I just took it and left. I cannot believe a manager would act like that. Del taco is my husband's favorite and this one is the only one by us but after this he completely understands that we are never going back to that location again. He tried calling to get the managers name and of course they didn't answer. Not the first time. We have tried calling before when something was missing and they've never answered. Should have been a clue that we shouldn't go back. Well I am definitely done now. I try really hard to treat fast food workers nicely, especially with all they put up with but this was ridiculous. Read moreToday 4/12/2025 at 3:00pm I went to deltaco I on lower Buckeye store number 1039 drive through order my usual # 1 two tacos drink fries with exception NO LETTUCE because it makes me seriously sick . I check the tacos there Lettuce so I give it back the to the cashier and explain I can’t have lettuce. She returns it to the manager the manager takes the lettuce off the taco makes her derogatory remark throws the lettuce across the counter re-wraps the taco and proceeds to give it back to me. I checked the bag again. They’re still lettuce there give it back to her. She again makes her derogatory comments, and I have to explain to them. I cannot eat letters. It makes me seriously ill so I returned the bag request to be refunded for my purchase the manager gives me a bag with two tacos in it and say have a nice day. Close the window her attitude, the customer service, and the well-being of customer safety after explaining to them I can’t eat lettuce. She has a no place in customer service . Her blatant disregard for public safety She should not be in her position nor should she be working with the public. She was just horrible and rude. Even the cashier took a look at her like wow can you just disregard a safety concern regarding a customer I don’t know Deltaco that was a bad choice especially with no customer to justify this conduct they were not bust at all, but she needs to be replaced retrain and probably just released from her position because that’s what I’m calling for because her attitude and her disrespect I work in the healthcare Position and I know what allergies can do to people and anaphylactic shock Can occur at any given minute she could’ve just really changed my life drastically because of her inability to follow the simple request.It’s my money and I should get exactly what I asked for when I asked for it how I ask for it that’s what makes a business works.
