So i meant to put this post out a few months ago. We went to this location ordered two pizzas and ended up having to bring both pizzas back because tiny bugs came out the box. So its a 10 minute drive from this location to my house ,we brought both boxes of pizza back WHOLE not even a slice missing. I told the little girl at the front, and she asked me "was i sure" , they at first refused to give me a refund i asked to speak to the manager. I explained to her the situation and showed the uneaten pizzas as i was showing her that a bug landed on the counter, you would think she would not try and deny it at that point but she still try to say it couldnt have came from the box. So she ends up SAying they would refund my card but never asked me for the order number or the card number or the receipt. and then didnt want to give me a receipt for the refund at first. I demanded a receipt or cash since i used a debit card. She then goes on the machine and clicks it to say refund but again never got my card or the order number. Bottom line they still never gave me my damn refund, it never went to the card which i knew it wouldnt and I will never return to this location. I hope this location gets shut down.
What i dont get is why treat me like a liar, the whole damn pizza (2) was returned uneaten, obviously there was a reason for it, and i wasnt asking for new pizza. And i got this for my children for lunch while they were schooling online, so they wasted my time and my money and my children end up having to wait to eat after...
Read moreI ordered dinner for my family of 7 on pizzapatron.com at 6:21pm They prepared my order and was ready for delivery at 6:37pm and gave out my order to someone else instead of handing it to my Doordasher. Pizza Patron mistake. At 701 I noticed My doordasher was still in the store even though the tracking from pizza patron said it had been picked up already. I called and spoke to my dasher, she said she was being told by the workers in the store that the order has already been picked up and it was not their problem. they told my dasher to have me call door dash for a refund. I did not order through doordash as I mentioned. I paid pizza patron directly. After a long call with doordash, it turns out Pizza Patron does have my payment information and they would have to issue a refund. When I called the store back to ask when I can get my refund they told me Door dash was the issue not them. The manager could not speak to me because she supposedly does not speak english. The kid that answered the phone told me that if i needed a refund I would have to go into the store to show them the card I purchased with. He said that was the only way. Otherwise, there was no other way for a refund to be processed. I dont own a vehicle. How am I supposed to do that? Take the bus for 1.5 hrs with all of my kids to get a refund?? Unprofessional! Read moreMy husband ordered from this location via Door Dash earlier this evening after working all day moving furniture and driving for hours. The delivery driver gave him some cheeseless abomination that wasn't his order of Mexicana pizza. My husband called both Door Dash and Patron. Patron told him the best they could do was have him drive and pick up a new pizza, and when my husband asked about the refund, Patron told him it wasn't guaranteed and that "that's just how it is". Completely useless and incompetent. So, my husband had no choice, he was starving and had already spent his hard earned cash on the pizza. After driving there and back, which took him an hour, the pizza they gave him didn't even taste good.
