Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings — Restaurant in Phoenix

I was in shock of what I received compared to what I saw in pictures on the menu. I threw away the bottom half of the bread and folded the top half just to make a sandwich. I could tell by the bag weight that there was nothing in there. I went back in and asked the young lady are you sure this is what I was supposed to get? She said yes that’s how it is supposed to be, with hardly anything on the sandwich, so I turned around and walked out. Never in my life will I visit Charlie’s again. I paid $11.50 for what look like a scoop of meat. That was my first experience and will definitely be my last unless someone from management contacts me to correct this culinary disaster! I tried calling the store to speak with a manager but no one ever answered. My review does NOT reflect the staff. I didn't even get my food and they kindly refunded my money. Price on the menu for what I ordered was a subtotal of 14.48 they charged me like 17.49 before tax. When I asked why they couldn't tell me. Nor were they jumping to fix it. I asked for a refund and left. Again staff was friendly but seemed unable to fix the problem (dont think they had the authority). Should be a competent manager on site at a new place. Came in and ordered 12 boneless Lemon Pepper wings which had become my regular order from different locations here in Phoenix area. Waited 10-15 mins (closer to 15) for my order and this girl brings me out wings with 0 flavor and on top of that looked and tasted like they had been sitting somewhere for part of the day… these here pictured are my re-made “fresh” wings which as you can see look like they had re-dropped into oil again which I waited patiently for for another while.
