We had this meal prep service since November 2022 and just cancelled June 2023. I had multiple issues. First off the communication is horrible , no one ever responds to the phone calls , and getting an email reply takes forever . I recieved raw meals two different times , so a total of 5 meals that were supposed to be credited but never were. One time I was missing 3 meals and never got refunded . One week my card was charged twice and I was told it would be taken care of and it never was and I had to dispute it. One other billing issue was that I was charged 40 dollars over even with my Receipt proving that the number didn’t match. Don’t get me wrong I enjoyed the meals , but then the quality went down , one week would be a ton of pasta , or just rice and the veggies are most of the time broccoli. The only thing we never had an issue with was our delivery driver , he was a great communicator. He even one time went to a different address for me since I wouldn’t be home. Ordered from healthy chef Phoenix and went to pick my food up. I spent 45 minutes driving around to try to find the storefront. The business was labeled as Aimee’s swine house. I called the number and left multiple messages but the owner said he didn’t receive any calls. When I went to the correct site number the door was locked and lights were off. He only responded to me because I pulled on the door and stood looking in for a few seconds. I have not tasted the food yet. However, given the inconvenience in finding the location and flippant response from the owner. I will likely never use this service again. I told the owner how hard it was for me to find the establishment and he was shrugged it off like it was nothing. Food is fine. Some of the meals kinda suck, some of them are delicious. I'm not confident the calories and macros are accurate because the portion sizes of rice/protein etc.. vary on a weekly basis for the same exact meal. I'm on a training diet so macros and calories are extremely important to me. Customer service is literally horrible. If you have an issue, don't expect any sort of response or resolution. It's actually wild. I've contacted them a handful of times and NEVER received a response back. Your issues will just go into a black hole of unresolved issues that they clearly don't care about.
