Danny did a good job. He was a little too agressive during the process. He was pulling & pushing my arm back & forth to his level of comfort. He kept looking up & around which made me a little concerned. It gave off the impression of him potentially being paranoid. He didn’t ask me what I wanted in terms of the shape of my nails or polish finish. I had to tell him “I would like my nails to be shaped the same way like a nice almond natural shape.” When the job was done I was disappointed because he gave me a matte finish on my nails at his own discretion. He did not ask me if that was the look I was going for. I like glossy nails I am not a matte look kind of girl so I was pissed. I did not go back to have him correct the look because he was so rough throughout the process of drilling my nails & clipping the cuticle off by applying too much pressure on my nails I didn’t want to go through that entire process again of him soaking the polish, drilling my nails, etc. to correct the finished polish look. What would improve the experience would be to offer your clients the option to choose what look they are going for instead of doing what he wants to do. At the end of the day as a client I am paying for the service therefore I want my nails done the way I WANT them done regardless of the...

I can’t tell you how rude the people are that work here wow…!!!! I went it a lady with glasses and blonde hair said what do you need? I told her just to get my nails off and she said that’s it that’s all you want. She pointed to the chairs and said sit down so I did for like 10 minutes while she slowly mopped up the entire floor and made water for a lady for a pedicure who was comin on however I was there at 10:00 as they open and the place was empty so she continued to ignore me for over 10 minutes so I picked up my keys and walked out while she looked at me and smiled as I left wow so not go yheee guys if you want this type of treatment it is not worth ruining your day over. I wa so happy smiling and she was just had such a bad energy like she hated her job did not want to be there or help or work wow I’m still!!! So blown away at her rudnwss so I’m contacting better business bureau and the city of phoenix etc you never know who could walk in so best to be nice or you can pay for...
