Desigaadi Food Truck — Restaurant in Phoenix

Overrated ! Expensive for a food truck ! Satisfactory food !

Okay ! I took some time to write this review because last time I tried a food truck and they didn't last long. So I wanted to make sure these guys are going to stay and worth a review. And I ordered probably 50-60 times by now and that means food is not bad. But, I really think their prices are almost as equal as a dine-in restaurants where we pay for ambience and service which is not great.

I have tried almost everything on the menu but sometimes food is really not that great and they use so much oil that their to-go bag would be dripping oil by the time you reach home. And it messed up my car seat once.

Prices: I really think they should cut down the prices on appetizers like Samosa, cut mirchi etc.

Quality of food : Come on ! I dont want my appetizers taking bubble bath in oil and come out while still dripping. I don't know what kind of oil you guys use or the material but its unhealthy to serve such food. And this did not happened only once. Probably 30% of my orders were like that.

So, In my opinion this food truck needs to make some changes in their cooking style and cut the prices. I have had food a different food trucks including San Fransico bay area, Chicago and New York. So I know what am talking about in...

We recently made the drive to Phoenix just to enjoy our all-time favorite meal "The Chicken Noodles Combo with Chili Chicken" at "Desigaadi Food Truck". The flavor is always spot-on: authentic, bold, and incredibly satisfying. It’s that rare place where the taste never changes, no matter how many times you go. That consistency is what keeps us coming back.

We're excited to hear that they’re planning to open a branch near us, finally, our favorite meal will be just around the corner!

“One sincere suggestion: Please consider improving the food preparation standards and hygiene. The inside of the truck was extremely greasy & Dirty which can be seen, and it appeared that the same oil used for frying was also being used to make noodles—which affected the taste and healthiness. Also, the cloth being used to wipe the noodle bowls looked very dirty and was being reused across multiple areas. I’m sharing this as honest feedback with the hope that it helps you improve.
