Don't use these scam arist. I called and told them my situation of my family emergency and have to leave immediately. During the first week I saw no one.i asked multiple times where is the inspector or contractor? I was told continue packing and we will get you to your family asap.what I learned is finally day 6 they called wanting one of there partners to come do a walk through. He showed up but no one from joe blow the home scammer.so I had to do there job and talk to this proffesial investor they claimed but the guy was in a mini van with flip flops and a kid.it seemed off at this point. So what I learned was that they are trying to flip the house before the 7 days and make a quick profit and they failed to do that and miss attitude heartless Kristen called and was a completely different person. Not fake nice anymore and they without reason said there backing out of contact.and I said what did I do and her response was nothing. I Said can we lower price and that was not a option. So now 10 days in but 7 business days and now I used the last of my money thinking I'm closing in 2 more days .I paid movers, mobile mechanic, storage, bought a car private party and has been holding it for me till close.now I'm broke was late on house payments and probably gonna lose everything. These people acted like they cared and this is the 3rd time getting scammed this year trying to sell.i went with them cause there on TV and radio I thought I could trust them but there cut throat greedy people that probably don't even have the funds to buy my house. These guys are wholesalers and that's what u don't want. Should of went with Doug Hopkins like I originally was going to do. Stay away from these scam artists who call them self's joeblowthe house scammers.and I'm calling...

After a local rep from a local franchise from another company disappointed me with a jaw dropping low ball offer I contacted Joe Homebuyer and had the good fortune to have Chad be the person who reached out to me I explained the reasons behind why I felt grave disappointment with the low ball offer I had just received and that while I had received a much better offer from yet another company also out of Phoenix (I'm in Tucson) but that the woman who made the offer was odious, rude and just to dang pushy had left me feeling super wary. He truly, truly understood me, head me and was THE MOST RESPECTFUL person I have dealt with in years. Simply STELLAR in every way. Sadly, if you will, he could not better the offer made by the 80's reject with the higher offer. That and the representatives here in Tucson that had so underwhelmed me with a low ball offer had to stick to his franchises policy to better any verifiable offer by 3k thus causing me to go with that.offer. Had I been in a position to accept Chad's offer, despite it being at or near the pushy woman's offer I would have stuck with Chad and Joe Homebuyer. There's a great old song from the 1960s, "Smiling faces" that cautions against disingenousness people. Your know, those who smile with only their teeth. That's what I ended up with. If you can, stick with Chad and Joe Homebuyer and look no further. Resoect to Chad. 5...

This is a 100% true honest review. I’ve gone my whole life seeing commercials for homebuyers who will buy your junk property or home “as is”. I would have never imagined being in a position to where I would have a property like that, and thought that these types of businesses were full of scam artists who are trying to take full advantage of people’s situations.

We inherited a home where the renters left it in complete disarray. As two people that work full time jobs, my wife and I didn’t have the time to put into making all of the repairs.
