From the Flight Deck to Full Control: My Journey with the Phoenix Secret for Weight Loss
On January 17, 2025, I weighed 219 pounds and was on two blood pressure medications. As a professional pilot, CEO, and lifelong advocate for performance excellence, I knew I wasnāt where I needed to beāphysically or medically. My waistline had expanded, my body fat was in the high 20s, and my energy wasnāt where it should be. It was time for change.
That moment launched one of the most transformative experiences of my life: the Phoenix Secret for Weight Loss.
Iām writing this as a deeply grateful individual whoās experienced firsthand what a structured, data-backed program can do. If youāre a high performerāor simply ready to take control of your healthāthis deserves your attention.
Not a DietāA Clear Plan
The Phoenix Secret isnāt a gimmick. Itās a medically-informed strategy grounded in physiology, precision, and discipline. The protocol focuses on whole-food nutrition, intermittent fasting, protein prioritization, and daily movement. No processed meal replacements. No extreme workouts. No guesswork.
From day one, I committed fully:
Weighed in every morning
Walked twice a day
Tracked meals and macros
Focused on hydration, sleep, and structure
By week two, I felt the difference. By week four, I saw it. By week twelve, the numbers confirmed it:
Transformation by the Numbers (12 Weeks): ⢠Weight: 219.2 ā 181.8 lbs ⢠Body Fat: 28.4% ā 20.6% ⢠Subcutaneous Fat: 24.7% ā 18.4% ⢠Visceral Fat: 12 ā 7 ⢠BMI: 29.7 ā 24.6 ⢠Metabolic Age: 64 ā 58 ⢠Skeletal Muscle: 46.3% ā 51.3% ⢠Blood Pressure Meds: Discontinued under medical supervision
These are measurable changesābody composition, cardiovascular health, and performance aligned.
Structure That Works
What stood out to me was how aligned the program was with aviation principles: predictability, control, and precision. I ate between 10:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., anchored every morning with a 30-minute walk, trained strength and core three days a week, and added short walks in the evening.
It didnāt disrupt my work or my family life. In fact, it enhanced them. I had more energy, clarity, and patience. My health improvement didnāt compete with my commitmentsāit supported them.
Gratitude and Perspective
As someone whoās led in aviation safety for decades, Iāve always believed in disciplined execution. Just like aircraft performance, our bodies need monitoring, recalibration, and decisive action. This program delivered that structure and clarityāand I followed it like I would a flight plan.
Iām no longer on blood pressure meds. I feel leaner, stronger, and more focused. Iām close to my goal of 180 lbs to eliminate the last layer of belly fatābut now, Iām more focused on sustainability than numbers.
Final Word
To the team behind this program, in particular Coach Adam: thank you. Youāve created something that works for real people with real lives.
And to anyone standing at their āDay Oneā: You donāt need to suffer. You need a plan, structure, and accountability. Thatās what the Phoenix Secret gave meāand Iāve never...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreJust a quick note. I don't usually leave remarks or ratings as there are few things I do which I believe warrant them. However, the Phoenix Secret for Weight Loss is one of those programs of which i will make an exception. I'll spare you the details of all the attempts I've made at losing weight. Suffice to say there have been plenty. When I started this plan I was 50 pounds heavier than I was at the turn of the century. Injuries and a poor diet had taken a toll on my health and I needed to do something fast. I had heard "Producer Aaron" on KFYI talk of his success on this program and I took the time to look into it. No starvation diet or heavy exercise, just a common sense dietary plan to lose weight. At 255lbs I was determined to lose weight and this sounded great. I am now 30 pounds lighter and going for another 15 to 20 pounds before I go to a maintenance routine. I am very satisfied with the results so far. But wait, (as they say) there's more! I needed to do something something about my health as my cholesterol and triglycerides levels were not good and I was beginning to go down the path to the same problems that had affected my dad. Clogged arteries, poor circulation in my legs and the feeling that CV problems were just around the corner. I had a blood test done to compare with one I had done 4 months earlier and the results were beyond my expectations. LDL cholesterol levels dropped from 133 to 103 mg while my triglycerides dropped from 124 to 60 mg. I am now back to a very healthy reference range. To top it off, I was in my local grocery store and lifted a 5 lb bag of potatoes and realized that I had been walking around with 6 of those on my back all these years. Can't wait to lose the rest! You've got to try this program if you are serious about losing weight. As it was for me, it will be for you one of the best decisions you...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIām so thrilled to offer this review to PSWL. I began my journey feeling a little unsure, wanting to work on my health more than my physical appearance, and not being confident that I could stick with it. I had some not so good test results regarding my blood, cholesterol, and some gut health issues and my doctors said ālose 10 lbs. and youāll be okayā. Knowing of course, 10 lbs. was not really enough, I set my goal at 20.
From the start, I figured Iād get the 10 lbs. okay, and that in the end if that was all I lost, that would be enough. Since I love sugar and carbs, I really thought Iād struggle. However, working with my amazing coach Joann, I quickly discovered that this program really isnāt that difficult ā I didnāt struggle with cravings, I wasnāt starving and I began to feel good again. And the weight came off ā pound by pound until before I knew it, Iād surpassed my 10 lbs. and was well on my way to the 20 lbs. goal. Reaching that goal ā actually surpassing that goal by 2 lbs. was amazing! I feel amazing ā I look healthy again ā oh, and my clothes fit ā even the ones tucked way back in the closet I thought Iād never wear again!
My biggest take away is that I learned how to fuel my body again and to eat better. I started maintenance and have actually managed to maintain! Even after a family cruise, I came back with 3 extra pounds, and within a couple of days of eating more on plan, those came right off. This is totally possible ā so anyone who thinks you canāt, or it will be too hard, just know you can and you will thank yourself.
I am so happy that I chose PSWL rather than one that relies on medications, shots or pills. Doing this the right way - and learning how to eat in a health way was the best decision. And Iām so grateful that I had Joann guiding me through and being there when I needed...
