Life Changing is all i can say! PSFWL helped lose the weight i had so much trouble getting rid of...i had tried every fad diet out there i mean everything and i could not tip the scale! When i came across Dr. Maloney and PSFWL, at first i was like hmm let's see. But let me tell you. The first 10 days were the hardest but once i saw the scale and the amount i had lost in that time i was blown away and said ok this is legit! the program not only helps you lose the weight but also to be conciseness about what you eat and how much you eat...i don't crave fast foods as much as i did before. I cook the majority of my meals at home and know what to eat because of this program...i have lost over 50lbs within the few 3 months...i feel great and look great and still want to lose more weight. i have felt much better than i did before i started the program. If you are looking at losing weight this is the plan for you . TRUST ME! IT WORKS!!!

The other motivating factor was I wasn’t about to pay the fee and not be fully vested. If it were free I may have just quit. I 100 percent would recommend Coach Adam and PSWL. I would given them 5stars but I felt the food Tracking App provided could be more user friendly. Good luck

Just a quick note. I don't usually leave remarks or ratings as there are few things I do which I believe warrant them. However, the Phoenix Secret for Weight Loss is one of those programs of which i will make an exception. I'll spare you the details of all the attempts I've made at losing weight. Suffice to say there have been plenty. When I started this plan I was 50 pounds heavier than I was at the turn of the century. Injuries and a poor diet had taken a toll on my health and I needed to do something fast. I had heard "Producer Aaron" on KFYI talk of his success on this program and I took the time to look into it. No starvation diet or heavy exercise, just a common sense dietary plan to lose weight. At 255lbs I was determined to lose weight and this sounded great. I am now 30 pounds lighter and going for another 15 to 20 pounds before I go to a maintenance routine. I am very satisfied with the results so far. But wait, (as they say) there's more! I needed to do something something about my health as my cholesterol and triglycerides levels were not good and I was beginning to go down the path to the same problems that had affected my dad. Clogged arteries, poor circulation in my legs and the feeling that CV problems were just around the corner. I had a blood test done to compare with one I had done 4 months earlier and the results were beyond my expectations. LDL cholesterol levels dropped from 133 to 103 mg while my triglycerides dropped from 124 to 60 mg. I am now back to a very healthy reference range. To top it off, I was in my local grocery store and lifted a 5 lb bag of potatoes and realized that I had been walking around with 6 of those on my back all these years. Can't wait to lose the rest! I’m so thrilled to offer this review to PSWL. I began my journey feeling a little unsure, wanting to work on my health more than my physical appearance, and not being confident that I could stick with it. I had some not so good test results regarding my blood, cholesterol, and some gut health issues and my doctors said ā€œlose 10 lbs. and you’ll be okayā€. Knowing of course, 10 lbs. was not really enough, I set my goal at 20.

From the start, I figured I’d get the 10 lbs. okay, and that in the end if that was all I lost, that would be enough. Since I love sugar and carbs, I really thought I’d struggle. However, working with my amazing coach Joann, I quickly discovered that this program really isn’t that difficult – I didn’t struggle with cravings, I wasn’t starving and I began to feel good again. And the weight came off – pound by pound until before I knew it, I’d surpassed my 10 lbs. and was well on my way to the 20 lbs. goal. Reaching that goal – actually surpassing that goal by 2 lbs. was amazing! I feel amazing – I look healthy again – oh, and my clothes fit – even the ones tucked way back in the closet I thought I’d never wear again!

My biggest take away is that I learned how to fuel my body again and to eat better. I started maintenance and have actually managed to maintain! Even after a family cruise, I came back with 3 extra pounds, and within a couple of days of eating more on plan, those came right off. This is totally possible – so anyone who thinks you can’t, or it will be too hard, just know you can and you will thank yourself.
