I've been coming here for a while for my pedicures. Today, I came here to get dip on my nails and it was a terrible experience. The nail tech I think her name was V, was super rough while filing my cuticles and cut me several times. Every time I told her she was hurting me she would say something under her breath in Vietnamese. Finally, I said, what did you say and she said 'oh nothing'. She did a terrible job on my nails, left black residue all over my cuticles. I asked the owner if she thought that this was an acceptable nail job. She of course made excuses about it being black (I get black nails all the time and they never look like this) I told her that talking Vietnamese under your breath or to eachother is bad business practice and she needs to check herself and her employees. If they treat long time customers like that, imagine how they treat new customers Needless to say I won't be coming back and I'm telling everyone I know not to come here unless they want to be talked about...

I used to come to this place all the time when I lived Downtown and loved it. It was literally my favorite place to go!

Now that I’ve moved back in the area I was excited to come back here…but the customer service is non-existent unless you’re an old blonde lady.

I walked in and immediately a lady is yelling at me for looking at some nail polishes because the ones in the cabinet are off limits. Fine.

I get to my service and from start to finish I just felt like I was an inconvenience to this nail tech. I ask for a specific color…she mentions there’s a pretty new one that’s in. I tell her I’m interested in seeing it, and she just starts painting my nails with it! Then she was annoyed when I asked her to remove it.

I also asked for a flower design. She said she can’t do that. This is a nail salon….

She did my design anyway and it looked okay. I wanted it on all my nails and she just did one. I was so annoyed I just left. 150 out the door….I’ll never...

I got my nails dipped here a while ago. The front desk lady was really nice and talkative, but I was so disappointed in the nail tech. I was too nervous to say anything at first, but as I got into my car, I realized how awful they were. They were very warped and bumpy. They were super chunky, messy, and some nails were even bigger than my actual finger. I’m in shock that they would let me leave the nail salon like this, after paying $53 (after tip). I went in the next day to have them fixed and I was told the same nail tech would have to fix them, but I felt uncomfortable with that due to what happened the first time around. I ended up going to another salon to pay to get them redone. I give two stars instead of one because the front desk receptionist was really nice.
