I will start by saying that I had no services done by Sculpt AZ. I called for an appointment, and I am new to the area. I asked about the medical providers providing services. Who is the medical director? What experience did the RN giving injections have? These are very very basic questions anyone should ask to make sure the providers have proper background. And the person answering the phone said “It sounds like you will sue us, so we decline to allow you to come here for services.” That is shocking, really strange. All I can guess (and it is a guess) is that they must have alot of lawsuits or can’t stand up to scrutiny. No reputable care provider would refuse to answer those most basic questions.
