I have been a customer here for well over a decade.I will always keep coming back because they are the most reliable shop around. Everytime I move and try to use a different smoke shop closer to me, I am always disappointed and end up driving the extra few miles to go to the place that I can depend on; Nanas, of course! They have remained consistent over the years. I can always count on being able to purchase what I need, even late at night, without worrying about being shorted on quality. The staff is amazing, treating me like family every time I walk in the door. They have the best variety of options to choose from when it comes to vapes as well as all the other fun little items. They've got an assortment of high quality products to choose from, no matter what it is Im looking for. There is always someone ready to help me pick out something new and they are extremely knowledgeable about their inventory. The staff will take the time to have a conversation and give their honest opinion on different flavors and such when asked. If you're one of the rare people that claim to have had an issue at this store, let me clarify that the issue is not Nanas, it is not the staff or the products either. It is YOU. The only people to encounter problems are those that create problems or those that simply ARE the problem with their bad attitudes, or because they got caught trying to be shady and do something dumb, like steal or pay with fake money, and Nanas won't stand for that. I hardly want to even give them 1 star. I went into Nana's today because there's an ad on there Facebook page saying that EVERYTHING in the store was 50% off!! (EVERYTHING IN THE STORE.) But as I go in and pick several different things to purchase excited because I should be getting everything for half price. Only to find out that the owner is not honoring the 50% off and in fact close to NOTHING in the store is actually 50% off. I hear 2 other customers being told that some things are 25% off so I decided to mention that as I'm checking out. I bring up his Facebook page, I even bring it up on my phone to show the owner, considering he is the one telling everyone that only specific item are 50% off. He looks at my phone and said, " yes I see the picture but it means on selected items." My only reply is "ER UM no sorry to break it to you, but what it says and what it means are the same thing. Your just saying that you are not honoring it, correct? " " Only on selected items". I will this I was there shopping about an hour, and many people came in excited for the 50% off, only to find out that nothing was on sale. In an entire hour there not one person managed to find one item that recieved the discount. So in the end I spent 50 dollar's and recieved an entire 8 f** dollars off. What a rip off. I used to brag about this place I had always gotten great customer service and very knowledgeable staff I appreciate it the fact they were open late because I work till 11:00 most of the time so I can get there before they close lately actually ,two times now, they are closed early I'm not talking in a few minutes the last time it was over a half an hour but today got there at 11:45 my purchase would have taken 30 seconds outside locking up. I asked them is it after midnight no but we're closing and setting the alarm even after explaining I didn't need change and I had to ride my scooter there because my truck had been stolen the response was "you can be as mad as you want oh well."I realized that; having to use a scooter as a means of transportation is not ideal believe me I did not choose it. I at 11:45 There was no apology, no remorse, not a care in the world about the fact that I had just raced there and they were closing early. I typically spend 40+ there..howrvet, the three of them just turned their back on me after the above comment. So, I'm here to tell you if you were planning on going there late night as hours indicate, don't bother. You'll be treated rudely and with hostility frequently with incorrect pricing.
