Update to my update..... I really wanted this place to work. I live a mile from here and the products really used to be the best in the valley and that's saying a lot coming from California . I am strictly medical patient. The inconsistencies are really frustrating and will push a lot of customers away. The service standards here have also changed and they've gotten away from good service and are just doing the bare minimum and it's becoming more of a turn and burn environment and less patient friendly. I have quite a few examples of the inconsistencies but let's just start with one. I called today because I couldn't place an order online like I've been doing for years. They're changing the system over again. That's fine. Okay I get it. But I couldn't add one item to my shopping cart. So when I called and got some help I was told to remove one particular item and that should go through great. It did. However, the person on the phone was refusing to put the item that I couldn't add to my cart on hold for me so it didn't sell out and instead just said you'll see when you get here. I really try to make this place work but I think the time has come for me to move on and find somewhere different. I suggest if you want to avoid a lot of frustrations you might want to do the same. I'll be in touch with where I end up. Their one prized indica that they refuse to do sales on is not worth the price. It really used to be great. It's not and bubba diagonal was even better than this at a cheaper cost. It just seems like things aren't changing for the better for the customer just for the seller. Update to my previous 5 star review. I've been coming here ONLY for 4 years. Everyone was always so helpful in getting the right medication for my needs until today. I called to find out what happened to Bubba diagonal. It's been the only strain that doesn't give me anxiety. Come to find out it's been discontinued. I called to find out what other product recommendations they might have that's similar to that strain Brett answered the phone. Right away he said was too busy to take my call. And didn't want to make any product recommendations to me. The rudest employee I've ever met, there are truly. He obviously cannot handle the amount of business or the customer needs. Not the right person for the job. I run my own business and if I talk like that to one of my clients I wouldn't make any money. He was so rude. I really never want to show up there ever again.

Read moreOut of the 3 or 4 times we've been to this dispensary, this time has been the best of all 4, Kane was extremely helpful and friendly, I've had a multitude of issues here the big one being that last time I put in a pick up order and when I arrived the guy at the counter was super rude in letting me know there was no pick up under the name, I tried to show him the text and email (just to let him know it was placed so that he knows there's an issue with the site and orders aren't going through correctly, or maybe if this was a common issue he could tell me how to fix it next time) he got rude again (also kept implying we were lying) and so we assured him it was ok and we could just check in as walk ins and order the same thing, no big deal. We went through and he kept the same attitude with us all through checkout, really made me feel shitty. This time we placed an order and I received an email and a text, the order was put under my fiances name and his ID and date of birth, I got an email confirming this order with HIS name. I also wasn't signed in on their site, so I never put my information anywhere there, we arrived and let them know, they told us there was no pickup under that name, I told her this happened last time and showed her the email and text and she asked me who's ID we put I said his, she asked for my name and I said, "I never put my name but you can try it" she goes ahead and puts my name in and tells me "yeah it's under your name". Just shocked. I apologized and told her that i wasnt trying to be difficult and if i knew it was under my name this wouldnt have happened and now we know for next time, So then she tells us to stand in an area and tells us that we'll get called up, we were waiting for about 15 minutes and i watched people who came in after us go before us, I started to figure out by watching around me something wasn't right so I walked up to the guy in the line and asked him if he was the pick up order guy he said "yes I am, do u have a pick up", I told him yes and he told me he was sorry and that we were told to stand in the wrong place and he didnt know, at this point I was so upset I was about to cry and I told him about what had happened with the online system and how I was sorry I was so upset I had just had such a bad experience the last few times it had really gotten to me, he assured me he totally understood my frustration and he was very helpful with information and being kind and supportive, He hooked us up with a preroll for everything and gave us his name 💖💖 thank you so much Kane you are the reason we'll be continuing to be customers...
Read moreAbsolute worst experience and customer service I have had here. I’ve been coming here since they opened. I usually really enjoy it. But today I was seconds away from just walking out and going to curaleaf down the street. Started when the bud tender took my order. I asked him to see the percentage levels on ONLY TWO specific disposables same brand and everything so it’s not like he had to do to much extra searching (I have reasons for asking) and he legit responded with “why do you want to know” …. I simply said it helps me decide which one because I wasn’t about to go into a huge explanation with him on why. Then he just scoffed. like what kind of customer service is that? Then as I’m waiting my one single disposable for 10-15 mins which is absurd by the way considering the entire building was empty. Again building was empty. I could see my bag in the window and the cashier was just talking to the lady he was checking out and not actually checking her out. Another cashier kept making eye contact with me as he walked by 4 times and still didn’t call me over to help me (again my stuff was ready already in the window) at this point I’d been waiting 10 mins after 10 mins a customer walks in and stands next to the online sign. The cashier that walked by me 4 times then instantly calls them over? And the cashier that was originally there just talking to the other lady finally finishes up so I’m thinking okay it’s my turn most definitely so I start to step forward and he then proceeds to call over another online order that literally had just walked in. So now both cashiers were helping two online orders that walked in 10-15 minutes after my stuff was ready and I was standing there waiting.
I’m not an entitled person at all but helping two people that just walked in 15 minutes after my stuff was ready and I’ve been standing there waiting is crazy work. And for that third bud tender to question why I’m asking questions is even crazier.
