My second time using them and I won't go back. Very frustrated experience at this shop. Dropped my car off for an oil change and alignment job, only to pick it up later in the afternoon with CEL and faulty temperature reading. Ended up having to leave the car overnight because it was time for them to go home. Eventually they found out MAF sensor was disconnected and faulty, took a week to diagnose and replace. A week later, finally got my car back, except this time weird intake sound from the engine bay. Popped the hood, the air intake box was not tightened and secured with clips. Out of desperation, I took it to a Subaru dealer for inspection and they found the air intake box to be broken.

Experience with this Shop it began took my 2005 Lincoln in because it had a leak underneath my Vehicle, they said it was the intake manifold, ok no problem fix it $1,100.00, go Pick up my Car after they did the Work, now my Car is running Hot, mind you it was not running Hot when i took it in to fix the initial Leak, take my Car back in then they say i need a new Radiator, mind you i had just replaced the radiator two and a half years ago, ok i believe them put one in $1,000.00, go pick up my Car, get on Freeway Car starts to run Hot still, $2,100.00 later Car still running Hot, took Car back they had my car two more Days installing a Temperature Sensor, go pick up my Car Problem still not solved to this...

We were in town visiting family and our vehicle developed an engine malfunction. I called the folks at Saguaro, explained the symptoms, and without hesitation they said "we can fix it". We dropped it off, and one day later a fuel system malfunction was diagnosed, repaired, and vehicle was running like a champ again. Clearly, brakes and alignments aren't their only competent skills in auto repairs, so don't hesitate to give them a call with other issues like I did.
