I regretfully stepped foot into this location to pick up an online purchase, I normally would not go to a location like this one but it was the only one that had it in stock. When picking up my item I tried to use cartwheel since nowhere in targets policy states you can not use it on a store pickup. The manager there named bryan pulled up policy on price matching which did not apply to this situation considering I already purchased the item. He then proceeded to get involved in a conversation I was having with other person which I did state to the person with me how I felt about him, which I assumed provoked him to raise his voice and ask me and the other person to leave. We said we will not leave until we have spoken to corporate since corporate was already on the phone, so he processed to threatened to call the police which he did. We ended up leaving due to being late to a prior event, but I find his and corporates actions unbelievable due to their own miss print on a prompt that popped up after purchasing the item saying to use the cartwheel in stores which I did show the manager a screenshot of the prompt which he felt the need to show me the policy on price matching which again I stated this was not a price match since I have already purchased the item. If target has a misprint they should honor it and not blame the customer for trying to apply a discount, I will never step a foot in target and process returns for items I have bought due to the mistreat of a customer who was just trying to do what the prompt had...

I told her âOh, okay well the coupon doesnât specify it.â And she just ignored my comment. I told her to cancel the item out. I wanted to make sure she did by verifying it in my receipt so I asked her for my receipt because she didnât provide me with one. She said âI gave it to you.â I looked through my grocery bags and my purse and didnât find the receipt and so I asked told her âYou didnât give it to meâ. I had identity thief previous so I write checks or pay cash. I wrote the check for the amount of purchase $380.09. The sales person say the check was declined and he did not tell me why. I check my checking account balance, I had more than enough to pay for the purchase, He did not try and find out anything. He gave me back the check.
