Beware of the space at G12....she did a septum piercing for my son, and put it in crooked!!! When we went back to have it removed, she tried to imply that is was something we did when we left that day! As she was trying to remove it, she could not twist the ball off, so she tried to cut it off....WITH SCISSORS, which obviously made it very painful/bloody for my son....I had to tell her to get plyers to try and get it off. So, finally....it's off and I ask her about a refund since she is the one that did it incorrectly on the first place....her response...she had given me a $5.00 discount when it was first done so, no, she could not refund me......as I stood there and stared at her in disbelief, she finally gave me $10.00..... $10.00 for all that she just put him through!!! I understand that things happen, but you should make it right when you are the one that caused all of this!!! You will be delighted to see the variety of products they offer in the market.
