I hate leaving bad reviews and I rarely do but Iāve had such a horrible experience I just canāt let anyone make the same mistake I did. About 3 weeks ago I ordered chairs for my patio.
We picked the Boho Ring chairs up (which are honestly a more worn looking in real life even though they're new...maybe that's just the look?) and put them on our patio. Everything was great until - the rain. These chairs rust HORRIBLY. Even if itās not raining and thereās just moisture in the air they will rust. It was then we realized that they were made from unfinished metal and no treatment had been done on them whatsoever.
I was devastated as I had spent over $1,000 on them. To make matters worse they rusted onto our brand new travertine and we have 16 VERY noticeable rust marks on something we paid $7,000 to install only a few weeks prior. Being a small business owner myself I reached out to the owner (or whoever sold me the chairs) and told her the situation hoping that we could come to some sort of solution (partial refundā¦something?) got nothing but a āā¦sorry that they rusted. I didnāt realize it was unfinished.ā
I feel so sick to my stomach and Iām so off-put with their "tough luck" response especially since it's THEIR product and even more upset that they profited off of this...

Unfortunately, this hasnāt been my experience. When we got the dresser home, we began to notice multiple places where it was cosmetically damaged (knicks, small chunks of trim missing) and had just been painted over, not repaired first. The posted photos are just the biggest issues, not all the issues. While I take the blame for not scrutinizing it intensely before paying, the slate blue paint began chipping off immediately too! After a couple phone calls asking if this was typical, if the piece could be resealed or something, etc. the storeās response was just that they were sorry that it happened (underwhelming), I finally went in store and asked for a paint sample to do touch ups myself. The touch up paint is glossier than the dresser, so in the light you can see all the touch ups because (some areas pictured). Very disappointed in the quality and customer service after having such high hopes...

The shop has unique old and new pieces specially curated by the owners. Communication was stellar both through phone, text and even facebook messenger. Would buy here again above other popular furniture places in the valley.
I purchased a matching set of bookshelves and a buffet. Upon getting them home we noticed the shelf and buffets were different tone of color. I reached out to the company and spoke to the owner. She was so willing to help me find matching pieces and in the end we did. Wood matched and all. I am so grateful. I love my new set. One of these days I will upload a new photo with it...
