I’ve been struggling with lymph node issues since Feb after not questioning my doctor and getting a vaccine that I didn't need. I have visited several doctors countless times since without any real help or answers. Today, I had a lymphatic drainage massage with Marguerite, and within the first 5 minutes of our conversation, she identified other swollen lymph nodes that neither I nor my doctor had identified as lymphnodes. When I pointed the lumps out to my doctor, she said, "it's probably just fatty tissue, don't worry about it." These have been swollen for years. It’s unbelievable how much more knowledgeable Marguerite is about the lymphatic system compared to the doctors I’ve seen. I purchased 2 massages with Rosa(already paid for them) at the end of January. I reached out to Rosa to schedule and I was told her earliest availability was more than a month out. I requested a refund and have not been successful to date. I worked to schedule again this past week and was told that her earliest massage availability was late July, early August. Beware before you purchase any thing with this business that you might be scheduling 3+ months in the future. If you don't make much money off of Groupon and you're using it's services, I would imagine the purpose is to generate customers and provide them a great experience so they return. When scheduling and confirming an appointment it may not be a good idea to complain about the fact they purchased a voucher through a Groupon. While also being so rude that they're willing to cancel the appointment and take a loss.
