Dos Vaqueros Carne Asada — Restaurant in Phoenix

Just terrible. I have never had this type of customer service ever. I specifically ordered a Carne Asada quesadilla and a couple of other items. And the total seemed correct. At the window my order was repeated back to me CORRECTLY. I was given my food but never given a receipt. When I got home I noticed that I received a plain cheese quesadilla. I promptly called them and explained the situation. The lady that answered phone was the lady that took my order and money. She argued that I only said cheese quesadilla. I mentioned that I have a witness to testify that I clearly did say carne asada and that is what I paid for as well. Because why would 2 tacos, a carne asada burrito and a cheese quesadilla be $25??? I told her I would be back and return the food as long as I get my correct order. She complied. When I went back through the drive thru she tried to charge me an additional $3.25!! When I explained to her again (very calmly, I may add) she was very rude and looked like she was holding back some words or aggravation. I refused to have any dealings with...

I used to live 3 houses down from this place 13 years ago. My roommates and I would order from here multiple times a week. I would get a huge Carne Asada burrito with chunky juicy meat for I believe 9.99 plus tax.

It's been a while since I ordered from here. I just ordered through grub hub. The burrito is half the size it used to be and meat is basically dry minced meat. It's sad so many places have put quality on the bottom of the list to save money. I would gladly pay 15 bucks for a delicious burrito like they used to make if profits are the issue. Never skimp on quality.

This burrito is 12.99 now and doesn't compare to the burrito they used to make. Supposedly it comes with rice and beans but I didn't get them. I also ordered 12 taquitos which used to have greasy, juicy, Delicious pork in them. Now they cost almost double, are half the size, and have no flavor. It's a shame. My last meal from this place. I gave it 2 stars but I don't why. Maybe it's nostalgia.

Breakfast Burritos!!! When I say fantastic, it doesn’t do it justice! Egg, Potatoes, Cheese, Bacon wrapped in a fresh tortilla. Big enough to spilt, if you’re willing to share. They were so good we didn’t even get a chance to take some pics. Green salsa is perrrrrfect, adds just enough pop of flavor. Ordered through Door Dash so not sure on the ambiance or atmosphere but I’m sure it wouldn’t have disappointed. Was visiting for a weekend in the area and I made an early morning order for 6 ladies and added a custom note for the order for a few of the ladies. Customer service was achieved and set the morning of Bachelorette activities off right! The cost was worth every bite. I’ll definitely be saving, stopping by and recommending any chance I get!
