I give it 3 because the guy was nice but this place is tight. When you come in make sure you stay wide and take your time or you mess up your trailer or truck. Tight on both sides. You have to blind side back so try to keep your trailer at the angle of the dock and pull far forward and leave space on your driver side to maneuver. Helps if you have a spotter but I didn't need one have a co driver. Take your time the guy told me a few people have given up and others have taken as long as 3 hrs.
