BoSa Donuts — Restaurant in Phoenix

The donuts and food are absolutely delicious. The service at this location today was rude and unfriendly. I ordered donut holes and a breakfast sandwich and a large drink. The short Asian lady after making my sandwich asked how i got a drink and i told her i ordered it and one of the girls gave it to me. She yelled at me and said i didn't order it and demanded money. I paid for it while she argued with me that i never asked her. Very rude and unfriendly and she needs to learn customer service. You can tell the staff does not like her as the young American workers where not very friendly and she was rude to them. I am also filing a complaint with the labor board as i feel this is a hostile work environment and they need to interview the staff to see if ownership has an issue. Went in a couple times inquiring to purchase doughnuts of a certain color for a themed birthday. They would not do that. Okay. I could not find a ValPak coupon. I used to receive them all the time. I looked around online and found one through ValPak online. Screenshotted it and went in at 6am day of birthday to buy one dozen doughnuts and get six free. Person at counter says I don't think we take that coupon. Goes and talks to someone in the back who presumably says they don't take that coupon. What is the point of dealing with ValPak if you're not going to honor their coupon? I clicked through multiple locations to this specific one to find their specific in-date coupon only to be told "We don't take that." No apologies, no explanations, utter apathy. I am giving this place one star and that's due to the poor service they provided to another customer, I witnessed the customer spilling his drink but it was not his fault, it was due to the cover not being properly sealed, the customer cleaned everything up even the counters and the floors, so we asked the lady in the front to give him a new drink because it was not his fault, the lady in the front was very polite and took his drink but came back with the same drink because her manager did not want to give the customer a new drink they didn't even fill it up for him.
