Satisfaction "NOT" guaranteed! Beware that this merchant has a "NO RETURN" policy just like Dirt Cheap. I purchased 2 luxury Ashley brand, leather recliners ($2307 including delivery) that felt fine in the brief store sit. After sitting in them for a couple of hours we knew they were a bad fit. I immediately contacted the store regarding my dissatisfaction and was told by the manager that they are not returnable. I explained that sitting in them caused lingering aches and pains. Ashley furniture advertises a 30 day money back guaranteed however, Crosby's insisted that they can't come to a resolution to my issue.
