Coming from all over SouthEast Louisiana & Gulf Coast, I think the portion size to price ratio here is Awesome! Which doesn't mean quality is lacking. That was some of the best grilled vegetables I've had at a casual Mexican place in awhile. Birria tacos only on Wednesday & it's def worth it! That's the only thing my bf orders everywhere we go & he said these are some of the best 👍 decor is beautiful, Art everywhere. Large but cozy. Friendly staff. Lots of parking. Cute mural for photo op outside. I have no complaints ✨ just to eat your queso while it's still hot, or it will firm up pretty solid. Also haven't enjoyed refried beans that much in awhile. My daughter ate all her sides first which is new! Good helping of guac, lettuce, sour cream & pico de Gallo with dishes. & I greatly appreciate Vegetarian section of menu! Have to get the grilled...
Read moreDon't get me me wrong the food was perfectly fine, and the service was pretty good, but the atmosphere needs a little work. Maybe have some music playing softly in the background, and little bit brighter lighting just to bring a little life into the place, or at least make it so you can see what you are eating. Onto the food I got what I get my first time at every Mexican restaurant, enchiladas, and spanish I got a flauta as well to switch it up a little bit. Everything tasted great and I will move on to other dishes next time I go here. that is why I start with the enchilada because that way I try their enchiladas, queso(I don't like most enchilada sauces), rice, salsa, and chips in one meal. All of these are simple and easy things to make and things I really enjoy that way in one meal I know whether or not I will be coming back...

While I was leaving a lady had placed her infant son into a High Chair and the High Chair BROKE while the child was in it causing the child to fall to the ground hitting it's head on the floor, Neither Less, the parents were raising heck because the Restaurant DIDN'T Check the High Chairs before allowing children in them!!) Now onto the food, It's Okay Mexican food in Picayune. Not Bad, but Not the Best Either. Several Areas could be Improved beginning with the Menu. Several Menu Items are Overpriced for the Area and the Food per Dollar sector isn't there. The Plus Side is the Salsa and Chips and the Service. The Salsa is one of the Freshest tasting in the Area and the Service is Okay. A Few Minor Changes could make this Restaurant an...
