I purchased a camper from Dads on June 15, 2015. I paid them cash for the camper at the time of pick up. Over 2 months later I still had not received the title. I contacted the State and they informed me that they hadn't received the paperwork from Dads. I called Dads and spoke with the finance/warranty guy, I informed him of the reason for my call. He said there was a lien on that camper and the owner handled all of the titles. He tried to call him but was unable to reach him. He informed me that he would have him call me. I waited a day and still had not heard from Dads. I called back and was told that they would have my salesman call me back. I waited another day and still no response from them. After calling back again I was given the salesman cell phone number. I tried to call but no answer. He immediately text me back and said he was going home and would call me the next day. The next day, Dennis the owner called me. He tries to be a slick talker and will do nothing but interrupt me every time I start talking. I asked him several times to let me finish but he never would. I finally had to hang up, since he wouldn't stop interrupting me. He then tries to call me back several times and the starts texting me. Asking for me to please call him back because he really wants to work this out. His last text asks me if my bank should be listed as the lien holder!!! Really Dennis? You had all of this information the day I purchased the camper. You don't get it 2 and half months later. In the next fifteen minutes he contacts the bank in Picayune and finds the title that he says will be picked up on Monday. He says he is going to send the title off on Monday and I should have it in 10 days. Now, I understand why he has other bad reviews about customers not getting there titles . Then all of a sudden when a customer starts calling about there title, he finds it at the local back in the same town he is in. ...

This should’ve been a great day- we researched & knew exactly which RV we wanted to buy. We did all the prep work ahead of time & Dad’s Camper Outlet knew we were coming 1 week ahead of time. We drove 200 miles & were planning on putting down the deposit and making arrangements to pick up our new RV a few days later. It should have been a very easy sale. But, I guess Dad’s doesn’t want to sell the Keystone Passport GT 2700RL. By the looks of it, it’s been sitting in their lot for a very, very long time. The grime on the outside was only matched by the layers of dust on the inside & the broken shades and hard to open windows. The backsplash was loose & the shower surround dented & missing caulk. Visible staples lined the interior walls and you could definitely say this was a Friday build. They knew we wanted to make sure the A/C system worked correctly- specifically the 2nd A/C unit in the bedroom. This A/C stopped working 5 minutes into our walk through. We were told it was because it was only on a 30 amp breaker, not a 50. But, the breaker never tripped. Our sales rep, Lance tried to get us to commit to buy before we even got to touch this RV. No need to lie and don’t bother to lie to seasoned RVer’s. We work in RV resorts and are very connected with RV groups. I would never recommend my friends or guests to Dad’s Camper Outlet, or specifically Lance at Dad’s. Our time was completely wasted. Nick at Dad’s Camper Outlet was very hospitable and we appreciated his courtesy, even trying to show us more recent arrivals that didn’t have months...

My wife and I were looking into buying a travel trailer ,first timers,we had been to a couple of places and reviewed some places, checked into dad's camper outlet was impressed at what I read,so we went there and we met Dennis the owner,we told him what we were looking for,he took us around showed us travel trailers in what we were looking for, first one was like a stater camper which was cool so we asked for one a step up from that showed us several more that we liked very well,we picked one talked about went on a handshake with it holiday was upon us he did his part in finance ,after holiday we went back to settle deal, wife decided at the last moment I mean the last moment as in parking in the lot that she wanted a step up from what we decided on told Dennis this,he showed us one a step up and wife loved it but it was sold so Dennis ordered us a 2017 model for just a tad more a deal we could not refuse,so therefore we are owners of a new trailer, dennis(d as in dad)was awesome ,Brad was very helpful and Scott tebo the finance manager was impeccable never have had someone like him explained every detail and went over every inch of finance and warranty, and Randy which is the tech that did walk thru in trailer explained every detail on it ,plus went thru each step at hooking up trailer to distribution hitch, would recommend dad's campers to everyone, hats off to you guys!

The wife and I are shopping for a travel trailer. We have gone to several RV stores and Dad's was the most friendly. The sales man was told up front that we were not buying, but shopping. He gave us 100% attention and was able to answer all of our questions. We never felt rushed or pressured. He showed us the entire facility and was very informed. While the display prices were not the best, that's where the art of the deal comes in. The other dealer in town (Picayune) seemed to be bothered by us. They have a bad reputation for after the sale. We certainly will not be going there. UPDATE - We purchased a Wildcat 311RKS in 2020 and could not be happier. We have used it several times in the last 4 months traveling to La, MS, SC and Fl. Not one hitch (forgive the pun) with it. The team at Dad's was great. From sale to finance to being given a guided explanation of features. The maintenance staff were all friendly and knowledgeable. Having been to several RV's sales places in the Louisiana/Mississippi over the last three years, I feel we got the best deal at Dad's. I wish I could give them six STARS but it will not let me. The only recommendation I can give after the first trip would be to get the Rear Camera. The fine folks at Dad's got one installed after the first trip in no time flat. Their prices are fair for after market products.

Wow where to begin...let me just start with these folks nailed it with their description on their website. They truly do care about the happiness of their customers. We worked with Brian who couldn't have been a more friendly or trust worthy person. We were traveling from Nashville to Picayune to purchase our camper, so him being upfront about all the details was very important. Once we arrived at Dad's we felt like we were welcomed as if we were family. Then they showed us to our our new camper we had been dreaming of and it was nothing short of breath taking. Just as described and pictured. Brian paired us up with Chris who gave us the low down on the in's and out's of the camper. He was super knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. I know we bought our camper from the right folks at Dad's because when we pulled away we missed them as if they were family. In the future when the time comes we are searching for another camper we will definitely be heading back to see Brian and Chris at Dads Campers.

Get everything in writing before you hand them payment. Walk through upon delivery for 2016 Mesa Ridge never happened as promised. Entire pre-owned rig not gone through as promised. Immediately we discover outlets not working, and the inverter was not hooked up. GFCI breaker won't stay on. We could not use kitchen and bathroom outlets. Tech couldn't remember to bring GFCI when he came, kept bringing plain. It took until May when finally a plain breaker left in it's place as the new GFCI breaker immediately tripped when the power was turned back on. Technician promised to return and never did, when called to ask when he was coming back he claimed he fixed it. First photo, new GFCI breaker installation 5/5/17 and one of four GFCI outlets that were affected. When brand new breaker immediately tripped a plain breaker was installed in it's place. Message to owner, Dennis, who had stated they would take care of this, went unreturned.
