KFC — Restaurant in Piedmont

Worst service ever ! I got on the drive thru line around 9 pm then waited about 15 mins for the other customers in line then after the customer in front of me ordered they turned off the lights to the menu board then about 5 mins later the line moved up. I went to place my order and there was no response. I said hello is there any one there to take my order several times and no response. Then i figured they may of closed 1 hour early sence they say they close at 10 pm online and in there window. So i tried to back up but there was 6 cars behind me so i pulled forward and there was no-one at the window. Then they walked by and i asked them what is wrong with there drive thru. And they said oh i am sorry but we are closed. Then i asked why they didn't tell there waiting customers and that they have 6 cars behind me. And they said sorry but my Mic is turned off and i said that is messed up...

Who closes at 9:20pm on a Saturday night????? Went back Sunday and asked for just chicken tenders and ordered 8pcs and a quesadilla meal... $30 and some change. Got to window and explained I didn’t want the chicken tenders meal that was listed $18. I only wanted 8 single pieces, no sides, man at window explains that he understood and 8 tenders were $18.99.... ????? Soooo you are charging me the same price as a meal? But only giving me the tenders???? Are you new and not sure how to ring it up???? Or are there people who actually fall for this and pay full price???? Not sure what’s going on at this location but closing whenever you want to and charging whatever you want to can’t be a healthy way of running a business and keeping happy customers!!!! I called ahead to order a family size meal. I explained the reason I called was because I understood there would probably be a wait time. The manager Danielle not only was pleasant, she got my number to call me to tell me when it would be ready. She apologized for a previous experience, that I honestly wasn’t calling to complain about but I explained I had an extremely long wait time & was trying to prevent that. She thanked me for giving them the opportunity to serve me & make it right. My husband picked up the food & she had everything ready. He said she was very apologetic & thanked us again.
